Oh wait a minute!!! Can it be before he had become the movie king or had this job.. That accident had already happened and he must've had amnesia & now he was getting his memories back while he was in coma? It is possible right? As the story revolved around the time when he was in college so it can be that he must have been saved from the previous accident (the one caused by IU) and after having an amnesia he had now became a movie king and now he had another accident at the movie site and he was getting his memories back while depending on a fictional character or illusion of his mind while the others were patiently waiting for him to remember everything while taking care of him secretly!!? It can be right? It was just a mere guess. But it felt the most logical or suitable.. 😌😌😊😊
