*let's go of his arm* It seems like everything is okay..

Nurse

Can you open your mouth? *raises a thermometer to his mouth*

Jamie

Ahhh... *opens his mouth*

She puts the thermometer in his mouth and leaves it there for a few minutes while she checks more of his vitals

Nurse

*Takes the thermometer out* ..hm..

Anthony

And?

Nurse

His fever is pretty bad. It's at 39,7 right now.

Nurse

We'll have someone do regular checkups and keep track of his fever so it doesn't get worse

Anthony

*nod* Thank you

Nurse

*stands up and looks at Jamie* I would recommend sleeping as much as you can to get back some energy

Nurse

Also make sure you eat properly

Jamie

*slowly nod* Thanks..

Nurse

*nod* I'll leave then. Press the call button if anything happens or if you need anything

With that, she left the room

Silence fills the room as the door closes

Anthony

..ehm.. *stand up* You heard her. You should sleep more

Jamie

*Looks at him* ...keep me company until I fall asleep please..

Anthony

*Looks at him* ...okay.

He sits back down on the chair and scoots closer to the bed

Anthony

I'll stay right here until you fall asleep

Jamie

...thanks.. *turns to the side and closes his eyes*

*smiles*

James

*pacing back and forth* ...Jamie..!!

After James had thrown Jamie out of the car, he drove home and went to sleep

However, he woke up 4 hours later, and Jamie still hadn't returned.

He couldn't fall back asleep after that and waited for another 10 minutes before rushing back to the road

But Jamie was nowhere to be found

James drove back home and contacted the police and gave them a twisted version of what had happened

10 hours has passed since he threw Jamie out. The police was searching but hadn't found anything yet

And James was panicking

Guilt was eating him up

James

...please come back... *hugging one of Jamies shirts* ...I'm sorry...
