Alessia went back home and locked her self in her room

She couldn’t talk with her friends as it would be awkward, she couldn’t tell her mom as she will be traumatised again

It was already night and everyone was asleep

Just as she was crying silently

A notification broke the silence

She picked up the phone, with frustration

But as soon as she saw the message, her anger melted away

“I know it’s hard, I understand and if you want then I will talk to you until you feel better”

That one message was enough to make her feel safe, feel that she is not alone and feel that she will be fine

A random stranger was comforting her

From the other side of the world

At that point, even a stranger was enough, enough to encourage her, enough to cheer her up, enough to make her smile again
