*was the only one panicking besides the injured Taeh as the doctors sighed, expecting that situation.*

"MY LEGS! I- I can't- hyung, I can't feel anything, no pain, nothing- nothing at all."
*looked horrified as he tried to move his legs but every effort seemed futile.*
Hoseok Jung/Manager
*Stared at the oddly silent doctors.*
"You said, he would be fine, then?"
Doctor
"We said, he could be fine."
*One of them tried to point out that angered the actor.*
Taehyung Kim/Model/Actor
"Shut up! And tell me, why I can't feel them? What's wrong with my legs? If my bones are broken, I should feel some discomfort, pain or .. or anything."
Doctor
"Mr. Kim, we had some tests and x-ray of your legs. Your bones are broken and will take some time but,"
*sighed and looked down at the limp legs of the brunet.*
Doctor
"The major problem is the nerves that are damaged badly. We thought that it might work with the time, but unfortunately, this isn't."
Taehyung Kim/Model/Actor
"SAY IT CLEARLY!"
*spat again, almost throwing his hands as the doctors were getting nervous about the announcement.*
Doctor
"You can't walk anymore."
The words echoed in the brain of the actor. Hoseok let out a gasp of disbelief but regained his posture quickly when Taehyung started laughing out of blue.

"Mr. Kim-"
Taehyung Kim/Model/Actor
"Get out, all of you,"
*in a rather calm voice after his fit of laughter, startling the other males in the room.*

"But-"
Taehyung Kim/Model/Actor
"Get out, please."
Hoseok bit his lips and nodded before leaving with the doctors.
The manager glanced back at the brunet, who was now leaning back on the hospital bed, looking extremely calm than he wasn't expecting in such situations.

"Is he ok?"
Doctor
"I don't know. For a person who gets such horrible news, he looked quite calm and collected."
Doctor
"I'm sure, he must be very much distributed inside."
Hoseok nodded and went to the bench.
Everything was so much stressful already and now that news. He was sure, the media will go berserk after knowing about the paralysis of the actor.
Taehyung was sitting on the bed while the nurse was checking his vitals and all.

"Prepare my discharge papers."
Hoseok, who was standing near the window, whipped his head back with wide eyes.
Nurse
"Mr. Kim, it is preferred if you stay here. You need a lot of medical attention."
Taehyung Kim/Model/Actor
*Glared at the poor nurse at the words. *
"I said, Prepare. My. Discharge. Papers."
Hoseok rubbed his temple in frustration and ushered the nurse to leave the room.
Once the nurse was gone, Hoseok stepped closer to the brunet.

"Mr. Kim, she was right. You just woke up in the morning. At least, stay here for a week till your ribs get better and-"
Taehyung Kim/Model/Actor
"I don't pay you to interfere in my personal matters."
It wasn't for the first time, but it still hurts.

"I'm your manager and it's my job to think about your betterment."
Taehyung Kim/Model/Actor
"Jung, I don't want to stay here and that's final."
The finality in his words made the older shut up because he knew him well.

"What about the driver?"
*The voice dropped to the octaves as he mentioned the person who flipped his life upside down.*
Hoseok Jung/Manager
"The car was traced but that was stolen."
Taehyung chuckled, humorless. He knew what that meant.

"Don't worry, the police are very active about the matter."
*tried to calm him.*
Taehyung looked around the room and found it filled with bouquets, fruits, and many cards.

"Throw it all away, except for the ones fans gifted."
The phone was bombarded with calls and messages once again when the news of Kim Taehyung leaving the hospital, spread around. This wasn't it, the news of him being paralyzed, also spread like fire.
Taehyung's official accounts were being tagged all around the world. Fans were so worried and sad about the news and wanted to comfort him. They trended the hashtags like #wearewithyou #getwellsoonTaehyung #restwell, but nothing was making calm the storm inside the heart of the actor.
Hoseok and Taehyung's old butler helped the younger shift on his own bed. His servants and maids were giving him looks of sympathy, that he hated to the core.

"What are you looking at?! GET LOST!"
All of them scurried away on the words, except for the manager and butler.

"You shouldn't have come here, young master."
The butler was the only one left from the little army of the Kim family's loyal servants. He practically raised the brunet and watched every day and night of his life, everything.
Taehyung Kim/Model/Actor
*scoffed and looked up at the grey-haired old man.*
"I hate those stares of doctors and nurses."
Hoseok Jung/Manager
"They're worried for-"
Taehyung Kim/Model/Actor
"You know nothing, Jung."
Hoseok sighed, rubbing his face. The poor manager was getting depressed day by day, just because of that stubborn Taeh.
Yu Kangchul/Butler
"Do you need anything? Should I make japchae?"
Yu Kangchul/Butler
"Oh, you're not allowed to eat anything heavy, right? Soup can do then."
The old butler left the other two to make his own special soup that Taehyung could never reject.
There was an awkward silence as Taehyung kept staring at his legs that were laying limply in front of him, covered with the blanket. The awkward silence was broken by the buzzing of his manager's phone.
Hoseok closed his eyes in frustration and went out to receive the call, as it was from one of the directors that have signed an upcoming movie contract with the Taeh.
Taehyung leaned back on the headboard and closed his eyes when he heard a kind of shout from his manager.
After a minute or two, Taeh was back with a deep frown and worry latched on his face.

"What's that?"
Hoseok licked his lips, contemplating whether to tell the other or not.? The younger was already going through a trauma and now this-

"I'm asking you, what's that?"
*with a more stern tone, even though his throat was still not functioning well.*
Hoseok Jung/Manager
"Jinns Entertainment, their director called and,"
*bit his lips again when Taehyung's eyes narrowed at the mention of the company.*

"And?"
Hoseok Jung/Manager
"They.. they canceled the contract and are demanding the advance payment back by tomorrow."
Taehyung Kim/Model/Actor
*face remained blank as before.*
"How much they did pay?"
Hoseok Jung/Manager
"5 million."
Nodding to that, Taehyung leaned towards his side table and got a checkbook from there. Adding the amount to the cheque, he signed and gave it to the other.

"Make sure to throw it on his face, tonight."
Hoseok sighed and nodded before leaving the room when his phone again buzzed.
