Cont. Chapter 2 ……

Aspen stared at the familiar figure, walked into the café with eyes glistening with enthusiasm, lips stretched from one corner to the other making a wide smile. He’s waving his hands endlessly making Aspen feel embarrassed. But he willingly walked towards him.

“Just about to call you to discuss things” Aspen said softly, hands in his pockets of his large coat which settled perfectly on his broad shoulders.

“Great. I missed you so much. You know when you said you couldn’t come to my concert I almost cancelled it. If it isn’t my manager begging I couldn’t care less. Do you know what happened at the backstage someone____“ Aspen blocked the other's mouth. Silencing the rant at this point he was re-thinking how he became friends with him.

“Sfghhjjjkkkkkfyh.” the other person is still talking. His words mostly came out as gibberish .

“Stop it Armin or else I’ll ignore you” Aspen took his hands off, his brows furrowed.

(Armin’s a soft, round faced, medium height person with his eyes blue, as a clear ocean. His jaw line is at right angles, thanks for the diets he used to take as a trainee-guitarist. His lips are small, plump, which are naturally tinted with rose pink.His waist thin, like it can fit perfectly in one palm. legs thick due to all the workouts, his leather trousers perfectly fit around his curved calves. He’s the only friend of Aspen more like a second home besides his parents. Armin always clings to Aspen as the people outside their circle almost think they are something but not just friends.)

Armin’s eyes turned from playful to pleading. In an instant he cupped Aspen’s cheeks to calm his mood

“I can’t win over you, let’s go to some calm place.” Aspen's face softened and they walked out of the café.

“I need a partner to introduce my parents” Aspen blurred out. Sitting in a park nearby

“ Introduce me love.” Armin interrupted while making a wink at Aspen.

“That would be easier if I’m not straight” Aspen played along. A slight smile escaped from Armin’s lips

“Jokes apart, now listen. I need a partner at least someone who could actually act for a few months. I can pay her the alimony she needs I don’t expect anything but my only condition is she should not interfere with my personal and professional stuff.”

“give me a month time, I’ll find" Armin assured.

“ No time, just 2 weeks” Aspen said firmly.

“Uw ahhh…… Someone kick this guy for me…… I can’t even find a girl for myself for years ….and he’s asking me to bring a girl in 2 weeks.” Armin yelped in disbelief.

He smiled sheepishly and continued “ I’ll find but on one condition. You will have to attend my every concert in the upcoming world tour. Deal ?”

“Do you want my soul to go to hell that quickly. I didn’t have my first kiss man show some mercy. Anyway it’s a matter of urgency so anything to protect my heritage.” Aspen sealed his deal with a pinky promise.
