Chapter 4:Kade

What the fuck was wrong with me?! I shouldn't of gotten close to her, I shouldn't of touched her. My mind was going crazy, I should be tutoring her, not trying anything. I sighed and calmed myself down.

"yo Kade, you good bro?"

"yea I'm fine."

Alex was with me, it was lunch time so the cafeteria was filled with students. Dylan kept glaring at me, he hated me, for what? I don't know. It's always been like that since middle school.

"how's tutoring with Ally?"

"good."

"that's it? Just good? Dude you're tutoring the popular cheer captain, it should be great or amazing."

"Ally is learning fast, she understands the topic faster."

Alex looked at me and gave me a knowing smirk. I rolled my eyes and just kept eating my fries. My eyes landed on Ally, she was laughing with her friend Sofia and her sister Maddie. She looks so happy, her smile was gorgeous and the way her eyes lit up.

My thoughts were interrupted when I heard Dylan yell my name. Everyone in the cafeteria went silent. Ally even stopped laughing and looked at what was going on. Dylan stood up from his seat and walked towards me.

"nerd!!"

"can I help you Dyaln?"

"yea, you can start by doing my homework!!"

"nope."

"what did you just say?!"

Everyone in the cafeteria gasped. Ally looked shocked. I stood up and faced Dylan, I was taller than and bigger built then him.

"I said, I won't do your homework!!"

Dylan got angry and he punched me in my face. Alex stood up and checked on me.

"you good bro?"

"yea."

Luckily I wasn't wearing my glasses and I was wearing my contact lenses. I stood up but Dylan punched me again. Suddenly the teachers came and pulled him away and Dylan was sent to the principal's office.

My face was bruised but I was fine. Soon school was over and I was walking to Ally's house to tutor her again. I arrived and knocked on the door and her mom opened and allowed me in. She didn't question me on why I had a bruised cheek and lip.

I walked upstairs in Ally's room and there she was. Laying on her bed wearing just a shirt. Her legs were on display and I had to stop myself from looking at them. Before I could take out my books and notes Ally walked towards me and she pulled me to her bed and pushed me to sit down. She grabbed her med kit and opened.

"you don't have to, I'm fine."

"you're not fine! You're an idiot for standing up to Dylan."

She rubbed some ointment on my cheek, making sure to clean it properly. Then she moved to my lips. I gulped at how close she was to me. Ally placed the cotton ball with the ointment on my lip and I winced. Without realization I grabbed her waist.
