Cerulean Lock

[CLASSIFIED PROTOCOL FILE — K.A.D. × S.K.A.R.D.]

Protocol Codename: CERULEAN LOCK

Reference Code: K-SEC77-X / CLASS-VI CONTAINMENT

Classification Level: LEVEL 7 — RESTRICTED ACCESS ONLY

Issued By: Korean Anomaly Division (KAD) × South Korea Anomaly Response Division (SKARD)

Date Authorized: August 24, 2001

Status: Armed / Dormant (Subject Y.U.N.)

Revisions: None — Original protocol intact

/////// CERULEAN LOCK ///////

Cerulean Lock is a last-resort, full-seal containment and suppression protocol specifically developed in response to the unpredictable and potentially civilization-scale threat posed by Subject Y.U.N.

This is not a neutralization order. Cerulean Lock does not aim to destroy, incapacitate, or eliminate the subject. Rather, it is engineered to delay, obfuscate, and passively monitor any shift in Subject Y.U.N.’s anomalous state — particularly in the event of premature awakening, identity shift, or breach from passive/inert condition.

The protocol assumes the subject operates on a post-physical, non-linear awareness model and cannot be permanently contained through traditional force-based or material restraints. The goal is to reduce escalation probability, allow observational data capture, and provide decision-makers with an 11-minute decision window prior to probable protocol failure.

/////// TRIGGER CONDITIONS ///////

Cerulean Lock is to be deployed immediately and without exception if any of the following conditions are met:

Subject Y.U.N. opens one or both eyes, regardless of pupil response.

Any instance of autonomous limb, cranial, or respiratory movement is detected.

Subject speaks, produces audible frequencies, or alters surrounding air pressure in measurable patterns.

Electroencephalographic (EEG) readings register continuous fluctuation exceeding 4.5% in Class-3 or above non-standard frequency bands.

Localized anomalies are observed, including (but not limited to):

Spontaneous electromagnetic pulses.

Gravitational lensing effects.

Spatial distortion fields.

Visible color shifts outside the human-visible spectrum.

Engagement of CERULEAN LOCK requires dual biometric confirmation from a designated senior official in both KAD and SKARD. Protocol execution is to be treated as irreversible once initialized.

/////// PHASE BREAKDOWN ///////

Phase 1 — Isolation Lockdown

Observation Chamber 71-A is sealed using triple-redundant magnetic blast doors, reinforced with shock-absorbent, heat-insulating plates.

All lighting systems deactivated; chamber enters enforced zero-lux environment to suppress potential photoreceptive reactivity.

Environmental controls activate “null-resistance” atmospheric curve: temperature is dropped to 7.2°C and oxygen reduced to 15.1% to diminish metabolic response.

Phase 2 — Neural and Electromagnetic Field Damping

Room flooded with high-frequency “null tones” designed to interfere with anomalous neural signal propagation.

EM field saturation eliminates residual transmission capability. No signal should pass beyond 0.4 meters without degradation.

All communication uplinks rerouted through BLACKBOX analog relay system, ensuring clean, non-digital signal preservation.

Phase 3 — Sensory and Data Encapsulation

Chamber enters high-fidelity recording mode across visible, thermal, acoustic, and exotic spectral bands.

Data is transmitted in real time to three off-site hardened data vaults (locations redacted).

Digital recording systems supported by analog redundancy lines to ensure unbroken observation in the event of system failure.

Linguistic anomaly detector activates: all sound patterns cross-referenced against known human and post-human lexicons. Any unrecognized phonemes are flagged and stored in isolated language vault.

Phase 4 — Psychological and Spatial Containment

All non-essential personnel within a 20-meter radius are auto-evacuated via pre-scripted emergency override.

Passive memetic shielding (Level 2) deployed across chamber exterior to suppress emotional-cognitive feedback loops.

Room is subjected to a quantum-layer spatial float, temporarily detaching it from fixed dimensional coordinates for a maximum of 11 minutes. This reduces target's ability to locate itself cognitively and delays material reorientation.

/////// FAILURE RISKS ///////

Despite the layers of physical, sensory, and spatial safeguards, CERULEAN LOCK is not guaranteed to succeed in halting Subject Y.U.N. should full-scale cognitive reawakening or existential shift occur.

The protocol is designed to buy time, not prevent destiny. Its activation is a signal of containment failure, not a solution.

Probability of containment breach post-Phase 4 exceeds 87.9%.

Subject is to be considered uncontainable beyond the 11-minute mark unless higher-order interventions are authorized.
