The bell rings.

His head lifts—instinctively.

Jungkook steps in. Black coat. Sharp gaze.

They lock eyes.

No words.

No smiles.

Just that quiet pull again—like something unsaid hovering between them.

Taehyung’s breath catches. His hands pause mid-wipe.

Jungkook slowly walks to the counter.

“Sir, what can I get for you today?”(stepping in cheerfully)

Jungkook doesn’t glance at the worker. His eyes remain fixed on Taehyung… then finally he speaks—quiet, distant.

Jeon jungkook (Alpha)

“One iced Americano.”

The worker nods and walks to prepare it.

Jungkook just stands there. Looking at him.

Taehyung holds his gaze.

For a moment—just a breath—Jungkook’s lips part. He tries… he wants to say something.

But nothing comes out.

Just silence.

The drink arrives.

He takes it, fingers grazing the cup. One last look at Taehyung.

And he walks away.

Taehyung stands frozen.

“He looked at me today… and I forgot how to breathe.”(in his mind)

[EVENING – JEON MANSION]

Jimin and IU are sitting on the couch, having tea.

Min Jimin (Omega)

“I really think he likes him. I mean, he goes every day.”(excited)

IU (Omega)

“Then we need to do this right.”(smiling)

Min Jimin (Omega)

“Let’s go shopping tomorrow. We can find something nice to gift him when we invite him.”

IU (Omega)

“Not too nice. He shouldn’t guess we’re planning something.”(teasing)

Min Jimin (Omega)

“Right. Casual. But… special.”(laughing)

IU nods thoughtfully.

IU (Omega)

“We’ll call it a family lunch. He won’t suspect a thing.”

Min Jimin (Omega)

“Exactly. Let’s go tomorrow or the day after?”

IU (Omega)

“Tomorrow. I don’t want to wait.”

They smile — a silent agreement forming.

[LATE NIGHT – TAEHYUNG’S ROOM]

Sketchbook open. Coffee beside him — untouched. He stares at the same page for minutes.

He redraws the same jawline. The same eyes.

His pencil stills.

“Why does he come every day if he never speaks?”(thinking)

He lies back on his bed, eyes open in the dim light.
