#5: On Purpose
Zavian hissed, when Altas pressed the cotton, a bit harshly on his wound.
Atlas Reed
I can't believe you got punched by a flimsy kid.
While Cassius and Darien laughed from behind. Zavian rolled his eyes at Atlas and said,
Zavian Salvatore
That flimsy is a psycho and murdered someone.
Atlas's eyes widened, as he looked at Zavian. He looked at Cassius and Darien.
Darien nodded with a smile.
Darien Welling
Yup! We confirmed ourselves by going to that murder spot.
Atlas stared at Zavian, as if he was trying to take a peak at what was going on inside Zavian's brain.
Atlas Reed
Why did you suddenly get interested in that boy?
Zavian's lips curled upwards, even without him knowing.
Zavian Salvatore
Maybe, because he is the first person who cursed and talked back at me... after a long time.
Atlas Reed
Did he know that you were a mafia?
Zavian Salvatore
I told him I was one, but he didn't believe me, until tonight when I sneaked into his apartment.
Atlas sighed and shook his head.
Atlas Reed
I will pray for that boy.
Cassius Ronan
Nah~ You should pray for our boss. Look at what he did to him.
And the three laughed again.
Zavian Salvatore
If you don't want to be crippled by me, better shut up.
Darien Welling
Fine, I don't want to be crippled before I find myself a lover.
Cassius Ronan
And, you won't actually cripple us, right?
Cassius asked, to confirm.
Zavian Salvatore

These three were Zavian's most trusted men in his mafia, and also his closest ones. You can say, Cassius, Darien, Atlas and Zavian, are actually four friends.
They are so close, that Zavian might even risk his own life to save theirs. And the three will do the same. If one of them is in danger, or stuck in a problem, the others always come to help.
Elio was in his office, attending the patients. He was just done with one. He sighed and leaned back on the chair, with his eyes closed.
Just then, a nurse walked in, after knocking on the door.
Nurse
Doctor, there is a patient who needs to be treated.
Elio clicked his tongue. He finally thought he would get some rest, but another came. He was a little annoyed.
Elio Anderson
What happened to that patient?
Nurse
He is bleeding from his hand. He might need stitches.
Elio stood up, grabbed his white coat, wore it and walked out, while the nurse led him to that patient.
When Elio looked up, he was shocked to see a familiar face.
Elio Anderson
You! What are you doing here?!
Zavian grinned, and showed him his injured, bleeding palm, which had a huge and a deep cut.
Elio clenched his fist. He took a deep breath. With his calm and cold tone, he said,

You can go.❄️
The nurse nodded and left.
Elio Anderson
You crazy @ss, don't tell me you cut your own hand to come and see me?
Zavian Salvatore
What of course not, baby. Why will I hurt myself?
Elio sighed. He walked to him, wore two gloves on his two hands.
Elio Anderson
Show me your hand.
Zavian showed him his hand. Elio cleaned the blood, and disinfected the wound.
Elio Anderson
It will need stitches. I will give you anesthesia.
Zavian Salvatore
Oh, no need for that. I can endure.
Elio Anderson
Fine, your call.
Zavian's eyes widened a little, and of course Elio noticed it.
Elio Anderson
What? Did you expect I will say, "Oh, don't do that, it will hurt a lot!"
Zavian Salvatore
Well, I did.
Elio then started to stitch his wound, while Zavian's eyes were fixed on Elio.
Zavian Salvatore
Hey, do you have a boyfriend?
Elio Anderson
None of your business.
Zavian Salvatore
Do you like someone then?
Elio gritted his teeth, and pressed the needle a bit harshly, making a little blood flow out, and Zavian hissed.
Elio Anderson
Shut your mouth.
Zavian Salvatore
What's your type?
Elio Anderson
You really have a death wish.
Zavian Salvatore
If I am gonna die in your hands, then I don't mind.
Zavian shut his mouth, but the smile didn't leave his lips.
Elio Anderson
So, did you make this cut on purpose, or was it really an accident?
Zavian Salvatore
You told me to keep my mouth shut.
Elio felt angry. He glared at Zavian, but then he left a deep breath and calmed himself.
Elio Anderson
Whatever, I don't care anyway.
Zavian grinned. Only he, and his dear friends know what he did.
After Atlas was applying the ointment on Zavian's face, he closed the first aid box.
Atlas Reed
Well, it's done.
He got up, and placed the box in a drawer. But then, a damn evil, and crazy idea popped in Zavian's head.
Zavian Salvatore
I want to meet him.
Cassius Ronan
Then go to the hospital and see him.
Darien Welling
Are you sure, that he won't kill him if he goes to the hospital without any reason?
Zavian Salvatore
You're right.
Darien paused. He pointed at himself and asked in disbelief.
Zavian smiled at him. His hands reached inside the drawer of the table nearby, he grabbed a sharp knife, and held it on his palm.
Zavian Salvatore
I can go and meet him in the hospital if I have a reason.
With a grin, he closed his eyes, took a deep breath and...
Atlas Reed
You got to be kidding me!
But, he cut his palm anyway. Drops of blood fell on the floor, and covered his hand. The knife fell from his hand. The hand which had the cut, trembled and sweats formed on his forehead and neck.
Zavian Salvatore
Now, take me to the hospital. Where he is.
But the grin, was still there. He looked satisfied, while he looked at the blood pouring down from that deep cut made by the knife.
Cassius Ronan
He is a total psychopath!
Cassius exclaimed, being shocked. While Darien left a deep breath.
Atlas Reed
As if you didn't know that.
Darien Welling
Damn, if I had known he would do that, I would have never said that sentence.
Atlas stood up from the chair, that was in the hallway.
Atlas Reed
Well, what is done is already done. It's not like he would have stopped if we told him to.
Cassius Ronan
Yeah, nothing can change his mind once he decides something.
Darien Welling
But hey, it's not like that doc is his first obsession. Maybe, just how he got bored with others, he will get bored with him too.
Atlas Reed
Yeah, it might happen.
Cassius Ronan
But notice the difference? That doc is a psycho like boss. So you can't be sure.
Atlas Reed
You are talking as if that doc will really start to like our boss. Didn't you see how hard he punched him?
Cassius Ronan
Sure, but... what if?
Darien Welling
Then what else, we'll have two psychos to handle and work with.
Cassius gulped and looked down.
Cassius Ronan
Handing one is already handy, but handling two. Fuck, I'll die.
Darien held Cassius's hand, and smiled at him.
Darien Welling
Aww, don't worry baby, I won't let you die.
Cassius slapped his hand away, and glared at him.
Cassius Ronan
Stay away you fucker.
While Atlas rolled his eyes. It was common for them to fight like that.
