Solo celebration
The late afternoon sun poured into the spacious living room, casting warm gold across the marble floors. Taehyung lounged lazily on his oversized velvet couch, dressed in silk shorts and an oversized shirt, one leg thrown over a cushion, the other tapping to the soft beat of music playing in the background.
A bowl of snacks rested on his stomach as he scrolled aimlessly through his phone, popping chips into his mouth without focus—until a soft chime made his gaze flicker.

📞“I know, right? It’s in three days!” He kicked his feet happily like a child. “Let’s celebrate! Wanna go out?”

📞“I’d love to, but I’ve got overtime tonight,” He groaned. “My boss is Satan.”

📞“Rude. Prioritizing capitalism over me.” He pouted.

Still smiling, Taehyung flipped through his contacts and called the next person on his list.

📞“Hmm?” Yoongi’s voice came through warm, low, tinged with familiarity.

Taehyung couldn’t hide the pride in his voice.

After they hung up, Taehyung sat in silence for a moment. The echo of the empty apartment settled around him.

Within minutes, Taehyung was dressed head to toe in an effortlessly chic outfit—ripped jeans, a statement jacket, bold earrings, and tinted sunglasses. One glance in the mirror, and he winked.
