Minjun swung his legs on the couch, trying not to fidget, then finally blurted: > Minjun: “Appa… look! Truck go vroom vroom!” (He held up his drawing, wide smile.)

Jungkook didn’t look up. “Mm. That’s nice, baby. Appa’s working.”

“But you pwomish ice cweam after meetin’!”

Jeon Jungkook

“Later. I told you, Appa is busy.”

(lower lip trembling) “You always say later… you no love me!”😔

Jungkook finally looked up, his voice sharper than he meant: “Minjun. Enough. Appa loves you, but now is not the time.”

Minjun’s eyes filled with tears. “No love me! No mumma, no Appa… I bad boy!”

“MINJUN !!”❄️

But the boy was already running, sobbing as he pushed through the doors.

Seokjin caught him halfway to the lobby.

(crying into her shoulder) “Appa mad… Appa no want me…”🥺😭

“Shhh… he loves you. He’s just busy.”😊

"Jihoon say I no have mumma… Appa no want me…”😔😭

(heart twisting) “Oh my sweet boy, don’t listen to them. You are so loved.”🙂

But Minjun squirmed free and darted out of her grasp before she could stop him.

(appearing breathless) “Where is he?”

Seokjin glared, hugging Minjun close. “Look what you’ve done. He’s a baby, Jungkook! He doesn’t understand ‘later.’”

Jungkook ran a hand through his hair, chest tight. “I didn’t mean to yell, Mom. I was—”

“Busy?” Seokjin’s eyes softened, but her tone remained firm. “He doesn’t care about mergers. He cares about you.”🙄

Kookie! Go! Bring him back—don’t you dare come back without him!”❄️❄️

(already running) “I won’t.”

Minjun’s sobs quieted as he wandered deeper into the maze of streets. Cars honked. Neon signs blinked. His small voice trembled.

“Appa… I sowwy… where home?”🥺😭

He turned a corner and froze. A warm breeze carried a sweet scent—roses, lilies, lavender. His eyes followed until they landed on a little flower shop bathed in sunlight 😳✨😍

🌸 Haneul’s Petals Taehyung crouched outside his shop, trimming stems with careful hands. He lifted a lily, closed his eyes, and smiled as he inhaled the fragrance.

Taehyung opened his eyes and noticed the boy.

(sniffling) “M… mumma?”🥺

(blinking, surprised) “Mumma?”🤔😳

(stepping closer) “You… you my mumma? You smell like fwowers… pwease?”🥺✨

Taehyung crouched down, voice gentle. “Sweetheart💓… are you lost? Where’s your Appa?”

“Appa mad… Appa no want me… I run ‘way…”😔

(soft gasp) “Oh, baby… I’m sure he didn’t mean it.”😦

jeon minjun

Minjun rubbed his eyes. “Jihoon say I no have mumma… but… but Haru say I can find new one… you… you be my mumma?”🥺✨

Taehyung felt his heart twist.❤️‍🩹 “Oh, honey… I can’t be your mumma. But I can help you. Do you know your Appa’s phone number?”

(sniffling, thinking hard) “Yesh… Appa say mem’ber numba… 010-8-… 7… 5…” (he recites slowly, fingers counting)🖐🏻

Taehyung quickly grabbed his phone and dialed.

☎️ The Call (on phone): “Hello? Is this… Minjun’s Appa? He’s here. He’s safe. He’s with me at Haneul’s Petals, near the old bookshop on—yes… okay. Please drive safe.”

Taehyung crouched again, holding the phone. “Your Appa is coming, okay? You’re safe now.😊”

(tiny smile) “He come? He no mad?”🥺

“He’s worried. Very, very worried. That means he loves you.”☺️

🌷 A Gentle Moment While they waited, Taehyung led Minjun inside the shop.

“Want to smell flowers with me?”😊

(wide-eyed)😳 “Yesh… smeww!”😍

Taehyung picked up a soft pink rose. “This one’s called a rose. Careful, she has little thorns.”

(sniffing loudly) “Smeww nice! Like cookies!”😋

(laughing🤭) “Cookies? That’s a new one.”

Next, he held up a bundle of baby’s breath. “These are baby’s breath. Tiny little stars, see?”✨

(giggling😁) “Like snow! Mumma snow!”

“You’re very clever, you know that?”💖

(beaming) “Appa say I smart… but I cry too much…”

kim taehyung

(softly) “Crying means your heart is big. That’s a good thing.”❤️

Taehyung’s laughter filled the shop as Minjun sniffed each flower with dramatic “ooooohs” and “aaaaahs,” his earlier tears were forgotten.

🚘 Outside the Shop – Jungkook Arrives A sleek black car screeched to a stop outside. Jungkook jumped out, scanning wildly until his gaze caught the sight through the flower shop window.

Time seemed to slow. There was Minjun, tiny and laughing, holding a cluster of white lilies. And beside him… a young man with sunlight in his hair and a smile so genuine it hurt to look at. Taehyung knelt to the boy’s level, laughing softly as he adjusted a petal, his hands gentle, his eyes warm. Jungkook froze.😳 His chest tightened in a way he couldn’t explain. For a moment, the world went quiet, and all he could do was stare—at the way Minjun’s shoulders shook with giggles, at the way this stranger’s smile lit up an entire room.
