Matt winked at the manager and turned to leave.

Matt said and walked out of the door

NEXT MORNING: MATHUR RESIDENCE
Kajal was in the washroom sitting on the commode staring at her pregnancy test kit.
When it exceeded two hours and Kajal didn't come out of the washroom Anish walked inside opening the door to the bathroom
Kajal got startled as the kit in her hand fell off on the ground. Anish looked at her disturbed like that and picked up the kit to look at the results.

Uhh.. You're pregnant? But... We used protection every time we used to-
Kajal
Yeah... Anish, ac-actually... I was... was just
Anish placed the kit aside and held Kajal from her shoulders squatting down in front of her

Hey? Why are you so scared hmm? Your husband is a doctor! I'll help you come out of this. Don't worry.
Kajal didn't dare to speak a word, she was filled with guilt all over herself

But it's still weird, we used protection. How did you land up pregnant then??
Kajal said, shaking to her core, her heart thumping wildly inside her chest

It tore off last week or before that?
Anish said suddenly he was interrupted by his pager

Oops, call from the hospital. I need to leave.
Anish held her face and kissed her forehead

I'll try to come back early. Take care of yourself, okay?
Kajal
*she smiled forcibly** Hmm.
Anish left the house and Kajal got up from the commode and headed to the washbasin to wash her face multiple times
Kajal
(I can't do this! This is wrong! I can't take this baby out in the world. It is unfair to Anish. I can't lie to him again. I'll have to talk to him.)
Kajal goes back in her room and shaking picks up her cellphone to call someone

How many times do I need to tell you don't call me at this hour, I remain busy with Ritu?!
Samar whispered on the other side of the call.

*rolls his eyes in frustration** Listen, Kajal Mathur. I don't have time for your whining. I am not going to change my idea about the deal between us. You're coming tonight and that's sealed.
Kajal
Samar, I- I'm pregnant.
Kajal said crying very badly
