Later that Evening
Jungkook existed his office Building and got into his private car
Ready to see taehyung
there was an excitement and something else Jungkook don't want to admit
The car set off to the five-star restaurant
As the car was moving, just couldn't help but remember how taehyung looked like as a kid
Memories flooding back to his minds
It was a spring afternoon — the kind where the air smelled of fresh blossoms and the world felt like it was still waking up. six-year-old Jungkook sat alone beneath the old sakura tree at the back of the Jeon family estate. The other children had long run off to play elsewhere, but Jungkook stayed behind, clutching his knees to his chest. His small face was scrunched up in frustration — his parents had scolded him earlier, and he was too proud to cry in front of them.
Soft footsteps approached.
Taehyung
Taehyung
Jungkookie??
He looked up to see Eight-year-old Taehyung standing there, holding a tiny red umbrella that seemed too big for his small frame. His round eyes were filled with concern.
Jungkook
Jungkook
What are you doing here??
Taehyung hesitated, then carefully sat down next to him, holding the umbrella over both of them as tiny droplets of rain began to fall.
Taehyung
Taehyung
You looked sad
Taehyung
Taehyung
I thought… maybe you don’t want to be alone.
Jungkook didn’t respond, but the fact that Taehyung stayed anyway made something inside him feel a little lighter.
For a while, they sat in silence, watching the pink petals swirl and fall with the wind, mixing with the gentle rain. Taehyung’s small hand reached out and tugged at Jungkook’s sleeve.
Taehyung
Taehyung
If you’re sad, I can give you my lucky stone.
Jungkook blinked as Taehyung pulled a smooth, shiny pebble from his pocket and placed it in Jungkook's hand
Taehyung
Taehyung
I found it by the river. It’s special. If you keep it, you won’t be sad anymore.
Jungkook stared at the stone, then at Taehyung’s bright, hopeful face. For the first time that day, he smiled — just a little.
Jungkook
Jungkook
Thank you
The rain grew heavier, but neither of them moved. They huddled under the little red umbrella, two small boys sharing quiet warmth against the gray sky
