The world

….was rigged..

That was what everyone knew…even before this pandemic like plague

The plague started when a virus spread near the suburbs

The virus was strange to say the least

And unexpected

Like all bad things it came when least expected

The most disturbing thing about the virus

were its symptoms

phase 1 was throbbing headaches

That was probably the most normal thing of it

Phase 2 was progressive blindness

phase 3 was memory loss

Phase 4 was worst of all

When the virus gets to your head making you feel the urge for human flesh..

The virus pushing you into becoming a mindless cannibal

Another real life example of how the world has became more rigged

and horrid was

that due to the epidemic

The lines in the classes of society had became more and more pronounced

While the civilians were forced to go and fight against the virus

Which was later dubbed the 'man eating virus'

And military had been made compulsory for the classes below the upper class

While they fought and possibly got infected

Resulting in them becoming cannibals

The upper society had scones and tea parties while gossiping about the latest trends

How...messed up right..

While blood spewed and screamed echoed

They sipped their milk tea with fake laughs mingling in 'society'

you might be thinking

How was it that the upper society unscathed in such a rotten plague

Other than using poor civilians as pawns to safeguard their cowardly selves

They seemed to have found a…'cure'…to evade this pandemic

The founders of this cure…

Quickly rose in society

Now the upper society had turned lapdogs who licked the boots of what was now the highest of high society

..the creatures who used to hide in the depths of the night

Now rose with pride

Elevated to statuses of royalty

With the whole society like ,ceos,politicians,presidents, prime Minister at their every beck and call

And the society obliged

For even humiliation is like fame to a dying man

The cure for the pandemic

Was even stranger then the plague itself

the cure was only in the hands of the higher upper class

the cure was...vampire blood..

Specifically two drops of vampire blood

Any more could prove to be deadly for a human

Although this was a painful procedure for a human

As soon as the vampire blood touches the tongue

And slides down the throat

Besides the absolute bitter and metallic taste of it

It makes your throat constrict

Expelling all the oxygen out

Of course only for a few minutes that is

And no

One can't turn into a vampire with mere two drops of vampire blood

it's only possible if one was marked in other words bitten by a vampire on the nape and the vampire let's their blood mix with theirs

And go through the turning an extensive and intense ritual to become one

Of course that is again is you don't die mid way
