Luxury cars line up at the front gate of the most elite university in Seoul. Students stop. Whispers begin.

Jeon Jungkoon

(Stepping out, adjusting his watch) Why does this place always look like it’s beneath us?

Kim Namjoon

Probably because it is.

Jeon Seokjin

Be nice, Joon. Some of these kids are still recovering from last semester’s trauma.

Kim Hoseok

[laughs] You mean the "freshman kneel rule"?

Cha Eunwoo

Don’t remind them, they might start crying again.

Kim Mingyu

Let them. Tears are good for growth.

Jeon Jungkoon

[checks phone] We’re 10 minutes early.

Kim Namjoon

You mean we’re on time. Everyone else is just too scared to walk in before us.

Jeon Seokjin

As they should be. Richness has its order.

Kim Hoseok

Says the second son of the country’s most famous fashion mogul.

Jeon Seokjin

It’s not bragging if it’s true.

Cha Eunwoo

Wait—look over there.

Kim Mingyu

[smirks] First-years.

Kim Namjoon

[calmly] And not a single one dares to step in before us.

Jeon Jungkoon

Good. At least they’ve been taught manners.

Jungkook walks toward the entrance. The crowd silently splits. Not a word, not a sound.

Random Student

(whispering) That’s Jeon Jungkook... his dad owns JK International...

Random Student

‎Other Student: Isn’t that his older brother with him? Jin?

Random Student

And the guy with the black coat—that’s Namjoon. His family's the second-richest in Korea.

Kim Hoseok

[mockingly] I can hear them whispering. It’s like a welcome chant.

Kim Namjoon

Should we give them something to talk about?

Jeon Seokjin

Later. Let’s not scare them before class starts.

Jeon Jungkoon

[smirking] You all act like this place belongs to us.

‎Everyone: [at once] It does.

Jeon Seokjin

[leans against Namjoon] You know, if you keep glaring like that, people might actually think you’re not secretly soft.

Kim Namjoon

[low voice] I’m only soft for one person.

Jeon Seokjin

Hm. Lucky me.

Kim Hoseok

Eww. Can you two not flirt while I’m here?
