Meeting with the CEO

I made my way through the big glass doors of Chalres head quarters with fifteen minutes to spare. The lobby extended further than I could see and was decorated with the most brilliant shades of white, black and gold. I may be exaggerating, but.... it truely felt extravagant.

At the front desk stood a beautiful lady who absolutely held an assertive presence. Blonde silky hair and fair skin. She had a sharp gaze and a body to die for. It certainly wasn't everyday that you would meet someone as beautiful as she.

As I spoke to her, I could hear the soft tones in her voice. it was calming. "Before you go through with the interview," she said, "Our president has requested that you read through these terms and sign right here." She pointed to a line in a contract before handing me it.

...CONTRACT...

The interviewer, hence forth known as 'Party A' is I full compliance with terms associated with this contract.

The interviewee, hence forth known as 'Party B', agrees to abide by all terms stated in this contract.

2.Party B reserves the right to refuse to answer any given question

3.Party B must answer all accepted questions truthfully

3. Party A must submit a preliminary publication article of interview to Party B before publication

4. Party B must not disclose any information regarding the preliminary publication article anyone other than Party A before publication

5. Party A agrees to only write truthful statments in publication article

6. Party A must be the only other interviewer to write and discuss the article with Party B before publication

7.Any breach to this contract by either Party A or Party B may result in immediate penalty of a sufficient sum to be paid in full

...______________________ ______________________ Party A Party B...

Reading through the contract, nothing seemed out of the ordinary, aside from the fact that a contract was needed for the interview to take place. It basically stated things that should have been understood. I quickly signed and then returned the document back to the receptionist.

After that, she basically disappeared before a gentleman showed up and directed me to the president's elevator, something a visitor like me wouldn't even dream to use. It took me directly to the top floor where I was immediately faced with another large door. this time though, it wasn't glass but teak wood. I had no idea what awaited me so I took a deep breath, put my fist to the door and knocked lightly.

"Come In!"

I pressed my hand against the wooden structure as it opened before me. A blinding light shone in to reveal a silhouette of a statured man infront of the window.

I walked to him as he spun around. You could just imagine the horror on my face when I was greeted by the very same beast from this very morning.
