Elis went to the administration, taking out his recommendation letter from a student who recommended him.

The second level is where the high ranking students are watching. The third level are the students who have experienced the battle of a Zemei and that fought outside the Academy. The fourth level is where the students who are still learning, they're mostly the one who will cheer you on, the bright level.
The people who are enrolling are in awe. Who wouldn't? Because they did not expect this is the kind of test they will be taking, and they didn't know that everyone in the Academy will be watching them.

The students on the fourth level of the four tiers shouted.
