A Man...or not?

All the people in room shifted their attention towards the voice only to see a....man?

His features visible in dim light of candles making it quite similar to a movie scene. The warm light showing a well-built man wearing a white turtleneck enhancing his features more, his well-built jawline and eyes as black as night sky with a sparkle along with his long eyelashes....

A person cannot help but be drawn towards him..

"This place will not be renovated as you please!" said the stranger his voice deep like a warning almost.

"Why can't we?" asks Alan.

"Because you do not own this place!" the voice loud and clear.

"But their parents have purchased this house!" says the girl middling even when should not.

(A mansion but whatever)

"They have rented this place not purchased so no you are not allowed to change it and for your information this is not a house but a mansion..." the stranger says.

(Yes !! Tell them! )

"And who are you to say this?" Max said in an annoyed tone clearly not welcoming this stranger.

"I am the head caretaker here also the co owner of this place! The name is Zander" the stranger introduces himself leaving all the others shocked.

(well this place saved itself at least from these spoiled brats)

"But we were not informed of this" speaks Zyne, the person who had been quiet for the whole time as if searching for something or someone...?

"Maybe because Mr Thomas has told me to make sure none of you make any mess during your stay here" says Zander in a strict tone.

"And do not spend more than necessary time on outsiders but instead on studies!" he continues while glancing at...

"Well how about we dine first and continue later…?" the girl speaks trying to lighten the mood.

"And who may you be?" Zander asks.

"Oh me?" the girl says in an embarrassed voice.

"Who else is there?" Zander says getting annoyed.

"Well I am Klara" the girl introduces herself to which she gets the reply of "Oh", quite the dry response.

"I am-"

"Myth, I know" Zander says.

"Mr Thomas has told me about you pleasure to make your acquaintance please let me know if you need anything during your stay" he continues.

"Let us proceed to dine if the introductions are over" says Zyne, but his voice sounds almost like he is plotting someone's murder…?

All friends agree and proceed to get seated.

"Thank you" Myth said whispering to Zander.

"It is my pleasure sir " he responds.

"Speak normally with me please I am not used to these formalities" Myth says.

"Aright"

They all got seated when,

"Aren't you going to join us Zander " says Klara joining Myth also insists when finally Zander also joins them.

The whole dinner was quite nothing much happened and all of them went to their respective rooms. Zander also bid them farewell and left for the out house for sleeping strange right? Owner sleeping outside ? Why? Was he afraid or??

Nothing happened that night except when....
