First day
Today is the first day of school after the summer break. Rachel is getting ready at her vanity when she hears a sound at her window.
She immediately knows who is was. She stands up and walks to the window which is right to her room and slides it.
Steve
Come fast. Or else we'll be late on the first day itself.
Rachel
Almost done. Get the car ready. I'm coming.
Steve
Alright. See you there.
Rachel gets downstairs grabbing her bag. She bids her mom good bye grabbing an apple from the fruit basket and walks to the door.
Steve and Rachel always goes to school together. Their parents brought them a car for them to go to school.
Rachel sees Steve ready with the car in front of her house.
She walks down the porch and gets in the car. Steve starts driving. Rachel takes a bite of her apple.
Steve
I forgot to tell you that Mona is coming with us.
Rachel
Oh? Why? She never came with us before.
She says while chewing on her apple. Steve gulps nervously.
She stops chewing and snaps her head to Steve.
Rachel
Wait what?! Weren't you dating Aria last week?
Steve
Exactly.That was last week.
Rachel
Whatever. She's YOUR girlfriend. I don't care....But I'm not changing my seat.
She resumes eating her apple. Steve chuckles.
Steve
Sure my lady. Whatever you say.
The car stops at Mona's house and she gets jealous as soon as she sees Rachel in the passenger side.
Mona
Oh Rachel is here too.
Rachel
(Stop acting like you don't know bitch. Everyone in the school knows we come to school together)
Mona
Um- Steve can I sit in the passenger sea-
Rachel
Sit in the backseat or just go by yourself. Steve. Drive.
Mona
Steve. What's this. I'm your girlfriend. Why can't I sit beside you!
Rachel
So what if you're? I'm his bestfriend and moreover this is my seat. I'm not moving from here. Steve why are you not driving yet!
Steve
Babe. Sit in the backseat. you can sit beside me when we go on a date in the evening.
Mona
Alright. Since you said.
She quietly gets into the car. Rachel smirks satisfied. Steve shakes his head sighing and starts driving again
They soon reach their school. Mona goes on her way since she's from another class. Steve and Rachel walks to their friends. Samuel and Alice. They are twins.
Steve
Hey dude. How was your summer break!
Hey says giving a pound to Samuel. He returns it.
Samuel
It was good. We visited our hometown.
Rachel and Alice make their way to Rachel's locker as they talk. Alice takes Rachel's bag as she opens her locker but someone comes and slams the locker making Rachel's finger smash and cut between the gap making Rachel Yelp. Alice gasps.
Alice
Oh, on! Rachel, they are bleeding!
Alice turns to the person that did this.
Alice
Are you fucking crazy, Roxy! What's gotten into you!
Roxy
Calmdown Alice. Why are you screaming. I told her many times to stay away from Steve. And she's the audacity to ignore. He is my man!
Rachel
*hisses*
"my man", my foot!...I told many time Roxy. He is my friend. My fucking best friend.
Noticing the argument, Steve comes there rushing along with Samuel. He immediately pulls out his handkerchief and ties it to Rachel's hand as he sees the wound shooting a glare at Roxy
Steve
You should have been careful. Look now.
Rachel
How will I expect that she will do these kinds of things to mess with me.
Alice
*Sighs*
Shall we drop it? We have better things to do that fight with this dumbass.

Samuel
She's right. We're gonna be late to class. It's professor Dawson's class now.
Rachel
Damn. why so early in the morning.
*groans*
Other chuckle at her groan. Eventually all of them goes to class room
Time flies. Students are taking the notes while listening to the class carefully expect our diamond.
Rachel gets startled as teacher calls her name to which Steve snorts .She quickly stand up.
Professor
Rachel. Why are you not taking any notes?
Rachel
Sorry Mam. I can't write down my notes. my hand's cut.
Professor
Oh my god, what happened.
Rachel
Just ... small accident....
*glares at Roxy*
Before classes started.
Professor
I see... Alright. Ask any of your friends to write your notes.
Rachel nods and sits down. Steve turns to her gesture with his hand.
Steve
Give it to me. I'll do it.
Rachel
it's ok. I'll ask alice to do it
Steve
Alice? Seriously. She barely even writes her own notes. And you're giving it to her?
Professor
Rachel and Steve. Do you want to get out of the class!
Steve
Sorry, professor. I was just asking her to give her notes to write. But she's denying
Professor
Rachel. Just giving it to him and stay quiet both of you.
Rachel hands her notes to Steve . He smirks as he take us from her
Steve
You should never reject my offers, Sweetie. They're rare.
