Chapter 4 - Innocent?

Scarlett POV

After getting home I told lucus I had a surprise for him with such a face that even the goddess won't be able to see through my fascade . He got pretty excited . I blindfold him and tied him to a chair and then removed the blindfold , by the look on his face I can tell that his blood ran cold . In front of him were 2 buckets , one full of water balloons and the other carried balls . I went behind the buckets and picked up a balloon , I was just about to throw it but Adam and mike poped up "what's going on here ? " then after see my look and state he turned to lucus as to say 'what did you do now buddy ?' .

I started throwing them at Lucus and Lucus started screaming and asked mike and adam to stop me but they knew better than that and joined me . Then Lucus asked what was his fault adam and mike questioned each other , they didn't knew so they shrugged and continued . After some time the balloons and balls were over , so I untied lucus and started going to the pack house , they followed me.

As we reached there I towel dried his hair , treated his bruises and made him my famous hot chocolate . Lucus was shocked and scared while adam and mike were pouting as they didn't get some hot chocolate .

I knew he wanted to ask me why did I beat his sorry *** . Well it was his fault for wishing such a thing as it came true .

Adam and mike exchanged unspoken words with each other through eyes.As they knew that I can get in their mind-link being the alpha , the only exceptions were mates. Adam cleared his throat " Baby sis ? " I looked at him "Yes my dear Aniki " he looked at " why did you beat Lucus ? " I snorted in the most unlady like manner possibly.

"Well if that fuckers fault for begging moon goddess for something so immature " he sighed " Scar , please explain " I sighed and told them what happened .

~ Flashback ~

Lucus and mike were busy climbing on trees and playing , i swere those two dumbasses were 5 years old kids with big body , but being able to behave like a child again without a care in the world is a blessing which I lost , anyway , Sebastian and I were talking and suddenly water was pouring on me I turned to see who it was it was mike .

And as a habit I started chasing them with my holy language coming out of my mouth " You fucking piece of shit , why me , can't you pour the water on that dumbass beside you , or you can't see that fucker cuz you have gone fucking blind by watching p*rn all day huh ? " I finally got hold of them and dragged them to the lake and threw them in the lake making them wet and started laughing my *** off .

After I was done laughing I helped them get out of the lake , those fuckers never learn , they tried to pull me in but because of my strength they ended up kissing the ground .

I turned around a Sebastian looking at his fingers in his lap as if it was the most interesting thing in the world . "Are you okay ?" I asked concerned he shook his head "yea , I'm fine " he said but I knew her way lying .

I sighed "Sebastian , tell me what's wrong ? " he looked at me through his lashes , then does a double take " its nothing really " . I gave him a look saying , 'keep on lying ' "Arg its just that you cursed"  he said . "So ?" I asked . "I-Its juat that I'm not comfortable when people swere ." he said " And personally I don't really like it ."

Goddess what have i done to you ? Why me ? *sigh * Ughh ! How am I gonna survive !! as you see I curse a hella lot .

~Flashback ends ~

Adam nodded " but what does it have to do with you beating lucus's *** ? Mike asked . " You remember it was I think 4-5 days back we were at lake at night , " they nodded " So you should also remember what happened and what lucus did " mike though for a second and then turned at lucus groaning "You fucked up man , why the hell did you beg the moon goddess ? But looks like she heard you , well anyway , call me if you are alive " saying this mike moved his *** out of the pack house .

Lucus looked dumbstruck then turned his attention to me "What did I do ?" "Ugh are you 80 ? You can't even remember things which happened just 4-5 days ago ! " I huffed " But just to remind your grandmother memory this is what happened ." I told him what happened .

~ Flashback ~

Me Lucus and mike were at the lake , it was dark , but it wasn't late . we were talking and suddenly Lucus started ranting about a girl he got laid with . " Ugh keep your mouth shut , we don't come here to talk about your sex life or to know/talk about who you have fucked and who you haven't ." I said in a bored tone . " You know when you meet your mate , he or she is gonna have your fucking *** for being a fuckboy . You really should be thankful to me and your werewolf genes ."

"Heyy I'm not gay !!! And why should I be thankful to you ? " I smirk " We'll find out whether you are or you aren't when you find your mate and you should be thankful to me cuz I still have kept your fucking *** in my pack when all you do is **** around instead to doing work 50% of the times ." he scowls " And what was that about the werewolf genes ? " . " Well you should be thankful for being a werewolf otherwise your sorry *** must have died from having too much 'STD's' . " Mike bust out laughing at my words , I had a smirk plastered to my face , and Lucus had a scowl plastered to his face and was saying incoherent words under his breath .

As the laughter died down we fell into a comfortable silence . Suddenly lucus leaned on his elbow - as we were all laying down grazing the sky - turning to me " Scar? " I hummed in response , "Don't you think you swere too much ?" I sighed "Well its not my fault that your asses don't understand simple language"

"No need to bring us into this , you just can't except the fact that your mouth needs a filter " . I scoff " Even if my mouth needs filter , I don't care , I like the way I am and I won't change myself for anyone " . He raises an eyebrow at me " oh really ? Well what if you get an mate who doesn't like  swereing huh ? "

" Well the only people who don't like to swere are either infants or people who are damn innocent " I say . His eyes gilnt with a little mischief as if he got an idea worth million dollars . "You know what ? " I look at him suspiciously "what ? " . He grins " I'm gonna beg the moon goddess " " ohh about time you beg her to give you a brain , I really hope she listens to your wish " I say being sarcastic but acting sympathically   . He rolls his eyes at me " I'm gonna beg her to give you mate so innocent that he can be - no will be a epitome/statue of innocence . Then we'll see if you change or not " . I roll my eyes at him "Even if I change I'll only change for him not others , and there are higher chances of me getting a mate who can have

a mouth more foul than me and a more cold personality than me you know ."

"Oh please you are already as cold as anyone can get , you are known for being cold and ruthless in the whole world even in human regions because of the company you run , and the moon goddess can't be that cruel to give us two cold assholes as leaders . And the pack needs a motherly figure anyway , with you being a cold dumbass as fatherly figure, I guess we can only depend on moon goddess to give you a warm-hearted and innocent mate as a motherly figure ." he scoffed .

"Well it won't happen , and even if it happens , I'm gonna kick your *** you know for being such an asshole and begging the moon goddess for such immature things " I said with a eye roll .

"I maybe immature , and you can kick my *** I myself give you full permission to do so myself , but I really hope you get a warmhearted mate , even if not innocent but warmhearted atleast , you need it "  I knew what he meant to say , I didn't comment . After a few minutes i decided to thank him for thinking for me but that bastard really started begging looking at the sky ranting thinks and asking her to grant me an innocent mate or one who hates swearing I rolled my eyes at his behavior now where was the 'warmhearted at least ' huh ? . Then I  got lost in my own thoughts .

~ Flashback end ~

Lucus POV

‘ Godddess how can I be so dumb ???!!!!!! ’ was the only thought going on in my mind .

"Do you remember now or I need to give you a head surgery myself to get rid of that memory problem of yours " I said with raised eyebrow.

He just gulped and gave me a guilty smile . I chuckled at him at told him to get lost . Adam was still pouting , such a mature person you know.  I sighed and looked at him with a warm smile "Would you like to have some hot chocolate with me ? " . He nodded softly much that I thought his head would fall off . I made some hot chocolate for us , gave him his and went to my room with mine .
