School Grounds – Late Afternoon

Camera pans to the empty hallway as the school bell rings. Students leave in groups. Tomori stands near the window, staring out with a serious expression.

Lately… something doesn’t feel right.

Cut to: Otosaka walking down the stairs, earbuds in. Tomori meets him halfway.

Otosaka… that guy was watching us again.

yuu otosaka

The one near the old science building?

nao tomori

Yeah. Third day in a row. Same spot. Same blank stare.

Security Room – Night

Tomori scrolls through grainy CCTV footage. Otosaka stands behind her, arms crossed, tense.

Look. 4:32 PM. There. He’s just... standing.

yuu otosaka

He’s not random. He’s watching us.

Tomori leans back, thoughtful, the monitor's light reflecting in her eyes.

nao tomori

Maybe it's not us. Maybe it’s you.

yuu otosaka

(half-laughs):Wow. I’m that popular now?

nao tomori

Be serious. This could be dangerous.

Rooftop – Later That Night

The city glows in the background. Wind rustles Tomori’s hair. Otosaka leans against the railing.

yuu otosaka

If this turns ugly… would you still stay?

nao tomori

(softly):I told you before… I’ll never leave.

yuu otosaka

(smiling):Then we face it. Together.

nao tomori

Just promise me one thing.

yuu otosaka

Anything

nao tomori

Don’t vanish on me again… like last time.
