MEETING OF TWO DIFFERENT WORLDS

Meeting

It was raining heavily and a boy who was rolled in dirt was walking in a street full of life and lights, very different from where he was.

Someone's POV

"" Woah this place is really nice. I wish I lived here other than that hell. ""

"" Hey isn't that the prince of the kingdom of Kim's? ""

"" Wait how do you know? "" someone from the crowd of that place was talking

I gasped from what I just heard. "" Wait did they recognize me? How? Did dad send them here? No way! I have to get out of here too ""

I started running. I didn't know where I was going but I was running very fast knowing that the firm ground below me won't end. As I was running too fast and didn't see where I was headed to, I bumped into someone.

"" Hey! Watch where you are going! You aren't a prince of this place! ""

Wait...what the hell? He also knows me? Or was he also sent by dad? But how can he say I'm not a prince? Well he is right I'm not a prince of this place but still how can he speak like that to me?

"" Hey are you okay? "" that person who I just bumped into asked me. I had no nerves to look at that person in the eyes. What if he is some guard sent by my dad to bring me back?

"" I'm sorry it's my fault that I bumped into you ""

I quickly apologised and came off from there.

I did run away from my place but what will I do now? How do I survive? I need to find a job. But what? Do I beg? No I have to find a proper job.

******** THE NEXT DAY ********

"" Ugh! What the fuck! "" I woke up with a bright light shooting on my face.

"" Hey you get up! You think you can get money just by sleeping here? Go beg! "" A man who looked at least my dad's age yelled at me.

"" And who do you think you are to tell me what to do? I don't want to beg on the streets.

"" And who do You think you are to yell at me? After all you live on the streets. ""

"" Mind your tongue you bastard! "" I was so angry. No one ever dared to talk to me like that.

"" Oh come on... ""

I was about to go, but I was pulled back and punched right in the face.

"" Fine...now I have to deal with the hands I see. ""

"" Oh so you gonna hit me? You fragile bitch! "" The audacity of this old beggar

"" Just cuz I'm slim doesn't mean I'm weak. Wanna try me? "" Well... I'm not called a prince just cuz I'm the king's son, I'm trained from my childhood which includes physical training too. Well this old man's about to get his ass whipped.

I landed a very hard kick on his neck and chin. He collapsed down. Well it wasn't my fault. He was being arrogant.

Someone kicked me from behind, and I was about to fall, but someone held me.

"" Hey are you ok? Wait it's you again "" I feel like I have heard this voice before. I looked up at him and smiled.

"" it's indeed you. "" he said. Umm... Excuse me do I know him?

"" Do I know you by any chance? ""

"" Well I was the one who bumped into you last night while you were running without looking. And you didn't even look at me yesterday. "" Aah no wonder why I couldn't remember him.

"" Ohh... I'm sorry, and thank you for saving me twice. ""

"" As we have met twice do you wanna go for lunch? ""

"" No I'm sorry. Right now I won't be able to pay for the food. ""

"" You think I care? After all you don't look like you can pay. ""

He took me to a salon to cut my hair and to wash up. The salon's owner gave me a pair of brand-new clothes a floral print shirt and a jeans which were very oversized on me.

"" Come on let's go. "" That guy held my hands and dragged me in front of a building. Do I go in? I don't even know his name let alone his background.

"" Hey wait. I don't even know your name what's your name? ""

"" You are right! I'm Jungkook, Jeon Jungkook. What about you? "" He raised his hand for a handshake.

"" I'm Kim Jae-won. "" I held his hand and shook it. ""

We went in and sat on a table. Looking at him, he wasn't poor or middle class instead he looked more like my level. The way he's dressed, his manners, his way of talking and everything also the place where he just took me now looks like a place where we would eat if we go out.

"" So Jungkook tell me about you. I'd like to know about my new friend yeah? ""

"" I'm the CEO of the Jeon company. Well I'm not yet the CEO. I'm the son of the CEO, but I'm still working there with my father in his position so it kind of makes me the CEO. I'm the half-CEO of the Jeon company. What about you? ""

"" I'm just a commoner. I'm finding jobs. Can you suggest me any? I'm pretty good at helping and serving people. I have had a good education. ""

"" Ok then give me your number. ""

"" Um..... why though? ""

"" So that I can reach out to you if I have found any job for you. ""

I came to my office and started working on the changes. For some reason I wasn't able to concentrate. I kept thinking about Tae. It was happening from yesterday, but now he is running in my mind every second. My train of thoughts was stopped by a knock on my door.

"" Yes, what is it? ""

"" Heyy Jungkook '"

"" Oh hi Hobi hyung. How have you been? Why haven't you come to my office for two days? ""

"" I was given work by my boss, and yesterday I wasn't well. ""

"" Well what happened? How are you now? Was it because of the work? ""
