To all are you liking my story
The chandeliers above shimmered like stars, casting golden patterns on the marble floors as soft music echoed through the ballroom.
Vaishnavi and Aarav danced in perfect rhythm, completely lost in each other. Guests clapped, smiled, some even took videos
—but Pari’s eyes were far away.
He wasn’t in the crowd anymore, but his presence still wrapped around her like a chain. Every breath felt like he was still watching. Still near. Still claiming her without a word.
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
(to herself): “Snap out of it. This isn’t real. He’s just… a man. A dangerous, twisted one.”
A familiar voice broke her thoughts.
raj ( schoolmate)
(smiling): “Okay, now it’s officially boring without you. Let’s dance, ya?”
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
(half-smiling): “Raj—thank you, but—”
Before she could finish, a hand slipped between them.
aditya malhotra (ml)
“She said no.”
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
gasped.
Standing right in front of her, dressed in a sleek black suit, sharper than the night itself. His eyes locked on her, possessive, intense, dangerous.
raj ( schoolmate)
(awkwardly): “I—uh—didn’t mean anything. Chill, bro.”
aditya malhotra (ml)
(calmly): “Don’t call me bro.”
Raj took the hint and left. Silence wrapped around them.
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
(narrowing her eyes): “What are you doing here?”
aditya malhotra (ml)
“Watching.”
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
“That’s not normal.”
aditya malhotra (ml)
“Neither am I.”
He extended his hand. She didn’t move.
aditya malhotra (ml)
(low voice): “Dance with me. Once. That’s all.”
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
She hesitated… then took his hand.
His fingers curled around hers like iron in velvet.
They walked to the center of the floor as the music changed to a slow, haunting piano melody. People watched as they danced—him, cold and focused, her, visibly tense.
Their bodies moved in sync… but it was their eyes that did all the talking.
aditya malhotra (ml)
(whispering): “You feel it too.”
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
(firmly): “I feel danger.”
aditya malhotra (ml)
“Same thing.”
aditya malhotra (ml)
His hand was on her lower back now, guiding her every step like he owned her body.
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
“This obsession of yours—it’s not healthy.”
aditya malhotra (ml)
(dark smile): “It’s not obsession. It’s recognition. I see you, Pari. No masks. No layers. Just… you.”
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
She stepped back, breaking the dance.
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
(angrily): “You don’t know me.”
aditya malhotra (ml)
(stepping closer): “But I will. Every piece. Every scar. Every breath.” 😏
And with that, he leaned down, whispering in her ear:
aditya malhotra (ml)
“Run, if you want. But you’ll only run into me.”
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
Pari turned and left the dance floor, heart pounding, breaths shallow.
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
Looking at her like how a Perry run away from hunter
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
But deep down, she knew…
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
She wasn’t just running from him.
Pari sharma/ Malhotra ( fl)
She was running from something inside her that had started to want him too.
