APARTMENT – NIGHT (2:45 AM)
The clock ticks. Floorboards creak. Athy folds the blanket, movements precise. He steps into the bedroom, watching her breathe

He lingers for a heartbeat… then walks to the door and locks it with a faint click.
Astraeus
*low, firm voice, as in to reassure himself*

Just a few more hours, snowflake. That’s all I need..
A soft click of door🚪 closing. And a dramatic wind 💨 blows.
CITY STREETS – NIGHT (3:00 AM)
The city sleeps under a blanket of dark. Athy moves like smoke, slipping through alleys.
‘🗣️’ this means internal voice

🗣️ I’m the flame they can’t snuff out.
His figure disappears around a corner, silent and deadly.

APARTMENT – MORNING (7:00 AM)
The door creaks open. Athy steps inside. Locks it behind him. Everything is muscle memory.

*low, routine. Reciting his routine*
He peers into the bedroom. Eira’s still asleep, tiny and undisturbed

Step three… coat off

Step four… sit, breathe, review
He pulls up the laptop. The burner phone vibrates. He checks the message..
He taps the link. A blurry video loads — shadows, motion, precision. Him.

VOICES FROM INTERNET (overlapping, chaotic)
“WHO IS THIS MASKED ASSASSIN?”
“THE SHADOW THAT KILLS.”
“FLAMES STRIKES AGAIN!”

APARTMENT – CONTINUOUS (7:15 AM)
A tiny tug on his sleeve. He glances down — Eira, barely awake

Dadda… did you catch the bad guys?
He reaches over, brushes hair from her face. Softens
She nods, already drifting again. He turns back to the laptop, gaze sharpening.
