Master and pet Episode 2: The First Rule

Episode 2: The First Rule

The morning sun filtered through the tall glass windows, casting soft streaks of gold across the room. Jeva stirred beneath the weighted blanket, her limbs sore in the most satisfying way—small reminders of the night before. The collar still rested against her neck, a gentle pressure that no longer felt foreign.

She reached for her phone, but it wasn’t on the bedside table. Instead, a handwritten note lay beside a fresh cup of black coffee and a single white tulip in a glass vase.

Jeva,

You’re not allowed to look at your phone until after breakfast.

Come downstairs—your morning begins now.

– A.

Her heart fluttered. It was a simple note. No flowers, no poetry, no unnecessary sweetness. Just structure. Intention.

And that was exactly what she craved.

She pulled on the soft black robe hanging on the chair—his, she realized by the size and scent—and descended the stairs.

Alex was already in the kitchen. He moved with the same calm authority he had last night, even in the quiet ritual of making toast. A man like him didn’t need to dominate with volume or presence. His energy radiated with quiet certainty.

He didn’t look at her at first. Just motioned toward the stool at the counter. She sat obediently.

“Good morning, pet,” he said finally, eyes landing on her with that unwavering intensity.

“Good morning, Master.”

“Did you sleep well?”

“Yes, Master. Very well.”

He poured coffee into her cup. Black, just as she liked it.

“Today we start with the first rule.”

Jeva’s heart skipped.

“There will be many rules over time,” he said, sitting across from her. “But only one matters right now.”

She nodded, waiting.

“You do not hide from me. Ever.”

He said it quietly, like a vow.

“No lies. No pretending. No fake smiles. I don’t want your perfection, Jeva—I want your truth. The messy, angry, scared parts. The ones no one else is allowed to see.”

She swallowed, her throat tight.

“Yes, Master.”

“Do you accept this rule?”

“I do.”

“Good.”

He stood and walked around the counter. His hand came to rest on her shoulder, warm and grounding.

“Then we begin.”

He led her back upstairs, but this time not to the bedroom. Instead, he took her to a door she hadn’t noticed before—discreet, matte black, set into the far wall.

He unlocked it with a fingerprint and motioned her inside.

The room was unlike anything she’d imagined.

Clean, minimal, intimate. A dark floor mat, a few wooden apparatuses along the walls, a bench. The walls were a soft gray. The lighting was dim but comforting.

A space designed for focus. For discipline.

For surrender.

Alex motioned to the mat.

“Strip. Kneel.”

Jeva obeyed without question. As her knees touched the soft mat, she felt her breath slow, her body sinking into the moment.

He walked around her in silence again, and this time, she didn’t tremble.

“You wore the collar last night. Today, you learn what it means to earn it every day.”

She nodded.

He knelt behind her, pressing a blindfold gently over her eyes once more.

“Color?” he asked, his voice right at her ear.

“Green,” she whispered.

“Good girl.”

He bound her wrists behind her back, the cuffs clicking into place with that familiar, comforting sound. She could feel the heat of his body close, the anticipation thick between them.

And then—stillness.

No touch. No words. Just silence.

Minutes passed. She could hear him breathing, moving slightly. But he didn’t speak. Didn’t reach for her.

Her heartbeat began to climb.

Was she doing something wrong? Was this a test?

The questions rose fast and sharp—but she didn’t speak.

She waited.

And in the waiting, something shifted.

She became aware of her own posture. Her breath. The way her body yearned—not just for touch, but for him. His approval. His presence.

Finally, he stepped in front of her. She felt his fingers on her face—just a brush across her cheek.

“You’re learning,” he said softly.

He kissed her forehead, then removed the blindfold.

The world swam back into view. His face was close, his eyes unreadable.

“I want you to understand something, Jeva.”

“Yes, Master?”

“When I make you wait, when I hold back, it’s not to punish. It’s to teach. Your submission is not measured by how quickly you follow a command. It’s measured by your patience. Your trust.”

She exhaled, her chest loosening with understanding.

“I trust you, Master. Completely.”

He smiled again—just the ghost of one.

“I know.”

He released her wrists and pulled her gently into his lap, his arms around her bare body. She curled into him like she belonged there.

And maybe she did.

Because in that moment, nothing else mattered.

Not the city beyond the glass. Not the world outside the walls.

Only him.

Only her.

Only the silence between them.

And the unspoken promise it carried.
