Episode 14

Robert's mansion

Gina laid on the huge bed recalling the way Robert was behaving once he entered the mansion. He forced her to be with him and kept talking about Alen. It was not the Robert she knew. The Robert she loved was the one who would never hurt her no matter what. Is he not the same anymore? Or was he under disguise just like her foster parents? Or Is she overthinking? Is it because of her Robert has become like this? is she responsible for this as well? She doesn't have anyone to talk to. She doesn't know what is the truth and what's the lie. She was betrayed by her so-called family who treated her so well in the childhood. Who would she even believe?

Suddenly she remembered Alen. He came into her life out of nowhere on that day 2 years ago. Is it all related to him? Is he the mastermind behind all this? Or Is he a pawn in this game? She was confused. She didn't have the strength. She wanted to give up on her life. She then remembered Alen once saying, "Who gave you the right to take your life when you don't even know what is going on in your life let alone control your life?" Yes! She wants to know! She wants to know the truth all by herself! Not the lie fabricated by someone. She is not ready to believe anyone now. She doesn't have a prince charming and she was finally willing to accept the reality. She wanted to live her life by herself and take decisions for her life. She will not be a weakling like before who depends on someone for her being. She will become strong and dig out the whole truth behind that mysterious night and make all those who led to her misery to suffer!

For that, she has to leave Robert! She can't stay with him and dig out the truth because if she stays with him, her life will possibly be controlled by him. She doesnt want it. She has to find a way to leave him. The real truth is.. From the moment she saw Robert back in Alen's palace she decided not to trust anyone anymore. She just wanted to piss off Alen and check whether Robert is still the same as 2 years ago. Now she has achieved both of it, she doesn't want to stay with him anymore. She doesn't want love! She clearly doesn't see any tinge of love in Robert's eyes since his return, his eyes were just filled with desire of possession. All she needs now is truth and revenge! She will surely find a way to escape from Robert tomorrow morning. Now, all she needs is rest. Because, the real game starts tomorrow. Alen! Robert! Foster family! You all just wait till karma strikes you. Gina slowly closed her eyes.

Empire castle

Alen was exhausted by beating himself. "Young Master, please stop it! How can you protect Miss Gina if you aren't healthy?", Charles was worried.

"I've made her suffer, Charles. I've made her suffer a lot!" He doesn't have any strength.

"Young master, the past is in the past. You can make a new start from tomorrow.", Charles was pleading.

"Young master, your body is already filled with wounds. You should not continue to do it anymore.. Master, you are capable.. If you show your love to Miss Gina, she will understand you. She is really sensible.", Charles's face was filled with worry.

"Charles, If I had the chance to say it, do you think I will treat her that way all the 2 years?", Alen said in a low voice.

"Young master, I don't know what is holding you back but if you keep hurting you, it will only hurt those who are dependent on you! At least for their sake, stay stronger", Charles voice was gentle.

"Charles, Its already late, you can sleep. I know what to do.", Alen said with a sense of realisation in his eyes.

The Continental technologies is his work, his creation! He cannot let it down! He should not break down. Life may have a new turning point. He has business to care for! He has his parents for whom he is the most important person! And there is Gina, though she hates him, he cannot allow her to get hurt, he will become stronger!

Alen slowly laid on the bed. After 2 years, he was all lonely, These two years, she was there though she despised him. She will kiss him in the morning though she felt it disgusting. He slowly closed his eyes and allowed the darkness to engulf him.
