Deals and Proposals

It had been a week since I've gone out with Avion and saw him, God, I decided to go to the forest again, strolling in the sky until I landed beside a fairy tree, pulling a book out of the satchel on my griffin, taking out a book and sitting in front of the beautiful tree.

I sat cross-legged on the ground, leaning on the tree, the cool wind blew my hair along with it, moving it gracefully as I tried to keep the pages from skipping.

There was a sudden russel of a nearby bush, and suddenly a virgon came from behind the bushes, startling me for a second before realizing what it was and breathing a silent breath of relief.

"Hey there big guy" I said, stretching my hand out to pet his head, before my griffin stomps at the creature, who jumps on its hind legs, trying to buck Mindra with his horns "CALEASIE! HALT" I hear a familiar deep voice shout from the behind a tree, before coming out to reveal Isaac. And the Virgon soon stop, blowing out an angered breath, "I'm sorry *panting* did he harm you" I only shook my head telling him no "Ok, phew, he's always running off I have no clue why" I chuckled before returning to my book, "Atticus.."  "Isaac" I responded not looking up from my book.

"What are you reading" he snatched my book away from me, I tried to take it back but he held it in the air.

"You are very inquisitive, Mage" I said as I stood up and tried to get it back but he swiftly moved away, "you know my name don't you? Prince Atticus?"

"Just give it back you unfathomable man" he moved away again and I stomped slightly, "give my book back!" I was on the verge of throwing a tantrum. "Say my name first" I frown, my eyes brows furrowing as I watched him, this was a waste of my precious time, I went back to sit next to tree, arms folded together as I pout.

He walked over to me sitting next to me before proceeding to read the contents of my book out loud, "Gabriel moaned as Noel pushed himself further into him, he gripped the-" I tried to snatch the book from him but he was fast, moving his hand away and grabbing my wrist.

I pulled my hand away, standing and holding his hand down to grab the book from him, but his free hand grabbed my wrist. I bit him causing him to let go and I finally grabbed my book away from him, I grinned, suddenly, I stepped on a rock causing it to roll and I fell on to his lap, he held my waist gently. "Are you ok?" I blushed and got up from his arms, "Yes i'm fine... I... I have to leave now" He got up, grabbing my hand and pulling me flush against his robust body, I tried to push away from him but he wouldn't budge, "Why are you leaving? I quite like your company Prince"

"I have to go home, it's getting dark anyway" I said, still trying to get out of his formidable hold. "We can always stay here for a little longer" His hands wrapped tightly around my waist, I slapped him harshly, forcing him to let me go, he rubbed his face, but I didn't look back, I hopped on to my griffin, flying away.

What the hell was that, his chest was was so comfortable, and warm, his arms were strong and made me feel... Safe... I can't let this get out of town... Not now... Not ever.

When he arrived back home, he rushed to his room, closing the door behind and laying on my bed, and digging my face in my pillows. "By the Gods... What was that just now... I... I felt at ease... Fuck... I can't let shit like that happen... I can't let anyone find out-"

Knock knock knock

I frowned before getting up and out of my bed, walking over to my door and opened it to reveal Maylan. "Prince Avion is here to see you, Prince Atticus" I visibly sighed out of annoyance, this boy never stops at his attempts to get me.

As I head down the stairs, I see the Prince with his older brother, Oliver, which is never here, Avion wore a nasty smirk on his face as he sat on the sofa, one leg over the other.

"Atticus!" He greeted standing up and hugging me, I hugged him back but barely, "Prince Avion" I said with a half assed smile.

He smirked wider at my barely visible smile and clapped, circling around me like a snake circling it's predator.

"My brother told me something very interesting about you... I would like to speak to you about it in... Private" He said, glancing at my former parent and the guards around the room, I bit my lip before hesitantly before dismissing them, my head butler looked at me, making sure that I'm making the correct decision, I only nod at him.

He looked between me, Avion, and his brother, who his eyes lingered on for a while before walking off, I looked dead at Avion, my glare causing his smirk to fall for a second but he quickly hides it with a laugh. "I didn't believe it at first... But... I really wanted to know... Your little friend... Isaac was it? Who is he to you?" My eyes widen and my fists clenched, "Ooo... Did I hit a nerve? It's ok Atticus... I won't tell anyone..." He clicked his tongue, his smirk growing wider "But... You have to marry me... And avoid him... And nobody other than You and I... And of course, my brother, will know anything about this little... Relationship~" he said, his hands on my shoulder, "And if you refuse... Everybody... Will know" my jaw clenched... "When is the wedding?" I asked, he smirked. "Attaboy... In a month..." A month... Right... "... Deal" I said shaking his hand before squeezing it harshly causing him to gasp sharply. "But if you ever THINK... About hurting him or putting him in any form of danger behind my back... I  promise you will regret it" I said before letting him go, locking my promise in place with a glare on both of them.

I walked back to my room, slamming the door behind me, I prepared for a shower, stripping my clothes till nothing is there and turned the water on, making sure it is lukewarm, exactly how I like it, I stepped into the shower and sinked down, my mind drifting to Isaac, and the way I slapped him earlier, I bit my bottom lip, feeling guilty.

After showering, I pulled my robe over my shoulders, tying it, the robe fit my feature like a vice, not leaving any room.

I pulled on an underpants and head to me bed, laying there on my bed... Thinking about this... Proposal... I sighed and pulled the duvet over my body, closing my eyes and allowing my body to relax. My breath evens out, I succumbed to the mighty grips of sleep
