Chapter 8

'Riri?'

Yhunna: "Riri?"

Yhunna muffled while her right hand is covering her mouth,feeling confused

Sakari Nod

Sakari: "It's sahri's childhood Nickname"

Sahri cleared her throat

Sahri: "Ehem, okaasan(mom)?"

Maki turn to sahri

Maki: "Hm?"

Sahri: "This is Yhunna Tori, My friend"

Maki: "Oohh, yhu(Yaw)? Like yao? Your childhood friend?"

Sahri nod

Sahri: "Yeah, it sounds like"

Maki: "They even look the same"

Sahri: "You think?"

Maki nod

Maki: "But the thing is.."

Maki: "That kid is brunette, so probably a look alike"

Maki continued

Yhunna: "Um, I dyed my hair.."

Maki titled her head and squint her eyes in confusion

Maki: "Oh really?"

Sahri smiles awkwardly

Yhunna: "Umm"

'Why does she look like riri?'

'Except that she has pink highlight.. And her eyes are different?'

Sahri look at yhunna being confused

Sahri: "Hmm"

'Why does she look like yao?'

'Except that she has a short wavy hair..? the yao I know has a straight hair..'

Sahri: "Is yao your nickname?"

Yhunna shook her head and walk away

Sakari rolled her eyes

Sakari: "What was that?"

Yuta: "Let me go after her"

Yuta went after yhunna walking away

Yuta: "Yhunna-chan!"

Yhunna stopped in a corner

Yhunna: "Yuta-kun.."

Yhunna said in a cold voice while looking down

Yuta slowly stop walking and look at yhunna confuse, his face was a picture of curiosity

Yhunna Slowly look up to look yuta

Yhunna: "I don't know why, but ,my heart suddenly starts to race, badly.."

Yhunna exclaimed, her hand flying to her chest as if to calm her racing heart.

Yuta: "Could it be that you know her back then?"

Yuta said, his brow furrowed in confusion

Yhunna shook her head, unsure of how to articulate the jumbled emotions swirling inside her

Yhunna: "I-i don't know.."

~Later~

Yhunna headed home

At home*

Zaiki: "How's your friend's mother?"

Yhunna: "Apparently,she's anemic.."

Zaiki: "That's really sad to hear...."

Yhunna nodded in agreement, but her gaze drifted downward, her mind consumed by racing thoughts.

Yhunna: "Excuse me, I'm going to my room. "

Zaiki: "Hey-"

Yhunna said, quickly turning and walking away before her mom could respond

Zaiki: "Yhunna Amaichi Tori, what's gotten into you?! Mind your manners, young lady!"

Reiyun nudge jeyun

Jeyun turn to look at jeyun

Jeyun: "Nani(What)?"

Reiyun: "Looks like someone are getting scold~"

Reiyun and jeyun chuckles

Yhunna in her room: "Sorry! Love youu"

Reiyun and jeyun exchange a cringe-worthy glance

Zaiki rolled her eyes and chuckles

'This kid is like me..'

Jeyun knock on yhunna's door

Knock knock knock*

Jeyun: "Nee-chan(Older sister)?"

Yhunna: "Come in"

Jeyun stepped inside the room

Jeyun: "Daijoubu desu ka(Are you okay)?"

Yhunna nodded, prompting Jeyun to raise an eyebrow. Yhunna caught her gaze, then quickly looked away, shaking her head. Jeyun sat down beside her, curiosity etched on her face.

Jeyun: "Hey,Is something bothering you?"

Yhunna: "Hai(yes).."

Jeyun: "I'm all ears"

Yhunna: "Look..you remember that girl that visit me, when I'm sick?"

Jeyun: "Sahri? Is it?"

Yhunna gave a slight nod

Jeyun: "Is she your girlfriend?"

Jeyun flashed a teasing smile and yhunna, feeling annoyed, knocked her lightly on the head

Yhunna: "Can you please be serious for a second? I'm trying to express my feelings here!"

Jeyun chuckled softly and gently pried yhunna's hand off her head

Jeyun: "Gomen(sorry)~ gomen(sorry)~"

Jeyun said, still chuckling, and Yhunna shot her an annoyed glance. Jeyun cleared her throat, attempting to compose herself.

Jeyun: "Fine, continue"

Yhunna: "About sahri-chan..i think she's riri"

Jeyun: "Riri? As in your childhood riri?"

Yhunna nodded

Jeyun: "Why do you think she's that Blondie little girl, Nee-chan(Older Sister)?"

Jeyun said, her voice tinged with confusion and curiosity, her brow furrowing slightly as she searched for answers.

Yhunna: "Her mom called her riri, and I've seen her mom,but the thing is, I don't remember her face"

Jeyun: "So you basically thought she's riri because her mom called her riri?"

Yhunna nodded, and an awkward silence fell between them. Jeyun broke the tension with a soft chuckle.

Yhunna: "What!?"

Jeyun: "Stop overthinking Nee-chan(older sister)!, it could be a coincidence~"

Jeyun said and Pat yhunna's shoulder

Yhunna: "Your right.."

Next day

Yhunna goes to her locker and saw some flowers and a letter

'Again? Who kept sending me weird letters?'

The letter says:

"You're mine tori-san, let me be yours!!"

'Who is this taiga guy?'

Yhunna's eyes widened in fear, and she hastly tossed the letter aside

Yhunna: "I'm fucked.."

Sahri: "Tori-san!"

Yhunna turned her head down and walked faster, but Sahri caught up and firmly turned her face back up, forcing their eyes to meet.

Sahri: "Are you avoiding me!?" 💢

Yhunna: "No"

Yhunna said while she shook her head

Sahri look at yhunna,confused

Sahri: "Then why are you hiding just now if you weren't avoiding me, huh!?"

Yhunna's forehead beaded with sweat.

Yhunna: "I gotta go.."

Yhunna walk away and sahri just stand there,confuse.

'What the heck is wrong with her?'

Sahri felt someone's looking at her and she look back, but saw no one

'Gosh, now what?, someone's stalking at me!?'

Someone tap sahri's shoulder and she flinched

Sahri turns around and it turns out to be just sakari

Sakari: "Woah, You looked like you've seen a ghost. What's wrong?"

Sahri: "Sakari-chan, I have a stalker..i can feel them.."

Sakari tilted her head, her eyes narrowing in confusion, her eyebrows furrowed in a deep crease

Sakari: "Who could it be?"

Sahri shook her head gently

Sahri: "Wakaranai(I don't know).."

Later

Sakari: "Yhunna-chan,have you seen that idiot, yuta?"

Yhunna shrug her shoulders and shook her head

Yhunna: "Weird,he's always around.."

Sakari: "Right?"

Sahri: "There you are, sakari-chan, yhunna-chan"

Yhunna:(whispers)"I gotta go.."

Sakari: "Huh? Hey-"

Before Sakari could utter a word, Yhunna turned and quickly walked away, leaving Sakari and sahri staring after her.

Sahri pouted, her lips pursed in annoyance at Yhunna's sudden departure. Meanwhile, Sakari watched the exchange with a bewildered expression.

Sakari: "Did you two had a fight?"

Sahri shrug her shoulders

Sahri: "She's been avoiding me since yesterday.."

Sakari let out a dismissive scoff.

Sakari: "What's up with her?"

Tap tap tap*

Someone running*

"Ayashi-san! It's yuta-kun!"

It was the vice president

Sakari and Sahri turned in unison, their heads swiveling to locate the source of the loud shout.

Sakari: "Maetani-san, what's wrong? What's happened to Yuta?"

Sakari's voice trembled with a mix of worry and curiosity.

Sahri stood frozen, her expression a picture of confusion.

Rina: "His fighting with someone at the punishment building!"

Sakari&Sahri: "NANI(WHAT)!?

Yuta's POV

Yuta approached a guy, with a serious expression on his face.

Yuta: "Are you sahri-chan's stalker? Yuro Taishi, is it?"

Yuta glares at the guy and the guy's left eyebrow arched upward in surprise.

Yuro: "I don't know what your talking about"

This is Yuro Taishi from the section 23-W, apparently the worst and the last section of seniors

Yuta grab yuro by his collar

Yuta: "You motherfucker, stay away from my friends! Don't you dare use taiga-kun! I know you we're the one whom sending letters to yhunna-chan also!"

Yuro's jaw clenched, his lip compressing into a thin line as frustration etched his face.

Yuro: "SHUT UP"

Yuro fell to the ground after Yuta punched him.

Kapoow*

"Ahh.." Yuro groan

Yuro stood up, Glares at Yuta, clenches fist, ready to throw yuta on the ground

Yuro: "You think that's all it takes?"

Yuta Ducks, kicks Yuro in the gut

Yuta: "Not even close."

Yuro stumbles back, clutching his stomach

Sakari Runs towards them

Sakari: "Yuta-kun! What's going on?!"

Rina Follows close behind

Rina: "Yuta! Are you okay?"

Sahri Worried

Sahri: "Yuta...!"

Yuta: "Ayashi-san, mikato-san,Don't get close, let me take care of this.."

Sakari: "What do you mean!?"

Yuta: "This piece of shit was the one who's stalking mikato-san and was giving yhunna-chan some weird letters, it wasn't taiga!"

Sakari & Sahri: "What!?"

Sahri: "Wait what? What letters???"

Sakari: "I'll tell you later, but now please let's call SCO's!"

Rina: "Stay here,I'll do that"

Sakari nodded of approval and Rina ran out of the building

Sahri: "Ayashi-san!"

Fear propelled Sahri to grab Sakari's hair. "Ouch! Hey!" Sakari cried out in protest.

Sahri: "Oops,what are we gonna do now???"

Sakari: "I don't know, maybe wait for rina-chan?"

As Yuro threw another punch, both Sakari and Sahri flinched.

Sakari: "I take that back, let's go"

Thump thump thump

Someone walking

Yhunna: "Yuro Taishi, is it?"

As yhunna walk, approaching them

Yuro Smirk

Yuro: "Ive been waiting for you"

Yhunna's face contorted in disgust, her nose wrinkling and her lips pulling back in a grimace.

Yuro: "Be mine tori-san!"

Sakari and Sahri both cringed, their faces twisting in expressions of discomfort.

Yuta: "Shut up-"

Before Yuta's fist could connect with Yuro again, Yhunna's sharp gesture halted him.

"Enough," Yhunna said, her voice firm.

Yhunna: "I'm not interested. I'm already in love with someone else."

Sakari & Sahri: "You do!?"

Yhunna nodded, then with a swift, almost casual movement, placed her feet squarely on Yuro's head.

Yhunna: "Fuck.off, leave me,and my sahri-chan alone!"

Sahri flushed

'My? Did she just call me hers!?"

Sakari looked from Yhunna to Sahri, a confused frown furrowing her brow.

'I thought they had a fight?'

she murmured, uncertain.

Yuro: "But I like you both!"

Yhunna slap yuro

Yhunna: "You're creepy."

Yuta was about to strike Yuro again, but Yuro ran off. Yuta brushed the dirt from his hands in disgust.

Yuta: "I'm done here"

They smiled warmly at yuta

Yhunna titled her head while smiling

Yuta: "Umm, what?"

They enveloped him in a group hug

Sahri: "Arigato(thank you), yuta-kun.."

Yuta tap their backs

Yuta: "I'll protect my ladies.."

Sakari pulled away

Sakari: "Hey! Are you hitting on us!?"

Yuta: "Wah!? No!"

Sakari: "Are you doing this to flirt!?"

Annoyed, yuta lightly tapped sakari's head

Yuta: "Don't talk shit! I'm protecting you guys!"

Sahri chuckled, but Yhunna wasn't amused.

Sakari: "Protecting my butt!!"

The SCO arrive

"Where is he??"

Yhunna: "About that.. We took care of it"
