To Meet My Brother!

It was dark night. Everything was quiet. There’s a sound, someone’s running. A boy, wearing a mask, running in the street. He leaned on the wall and started gasping hardly. Then a voice came from his Bluetooth “Hey! Are you okay?” “Yeah! I’m fine and one more thing! Our mission is complete now.” The voice came from the Bluetooth..”So, what are you going to do now?” The boy gazed at the sky “Well! Tomorrow is my first day to the college. I should be ready. I’m leaving now.

The next morning……..

The phone was ringing. A guy woke up and picked up the phone. There’s an adorable girl’s voice…..”Hwy, Brother! How are you?” “Hey, Niyara! How’s it going?” She spoke nothing but to be silent. “What’s wrong? Talk something!” She was like….”Well! You forgot about that thing?”

“I forgot? It’s not even your birthday, then what is it?” She became furious….”You really forget about our promise. I hate you, Brother! Don’t ever talk to me again!” “C’mon! I remember now! I promised to let you study in the city with me after your school studies.”

“Good! Now, come here and pick me up.”

“That’s my brother! Better hurry, I’ll be waiting.”

The call ended.

“Brother! I’ve been waiting for this day for a long time now. I really missed you a lot. Finally! The time has come. From now on, I’ll not be living alone in a different place. I’m going to live with you, brother! I’m not gonna be alone again. Just few more hours to meet you.” She packed her luggage and started waiting for her brother.

Then her brother called..”C’mon, what’s taking you so long brother?”

“Sorry, Niyara!” “Don’t tell me that you are not coming.” “ You see, I got assigned to an urgent mission. I’m will not be able to pick you up. So I sent my colleague.” “Fine, whatever! All I want is to meet you today.”

“Fine, now hang on to the phone and go as I instruct you.” She giggled…”C’mon, brother! This is not a secret mission like you work on, everyday!” He started guiding her..”Take your luggage and come to the backyard and keep walking until you see a tree all dried up.” She was like..”Seriously!” “I told you to not talk back, just go as I say.” She talked nothing. “Well, you might’ve reached the spot. Then turn left and walk until you see a highway.” She began to sweat…”A highway! What’s he thinking? A highway in place like this? He must be kidding.”

Then she saw a highway. “Alright! Seems like you reached the highway, wait until a bike comes from your right side.” She began to wait. Then someone came. “Niyara! Ask for a ride!” She was like..”Are you crazy, brother! I don’t even know who the person is. How can I ask..!!”

“Just do it!!”

“Damn it!” She had no choice but to ask for a ride.

The person removed the helmet. It was a lady. She asked for a password.

Niyara was clueless. Her brother said….”Tell her your phone password.”

The call ended. She said the password.

“You look so exhausted! Sorry for all the fuss, Niyara! I should’ve come to you directly to pick you up. But your brother, Hakuro wanted this more like a mission.” She was like…”Yeah! I totally understand now. He’s always been like this, to cheer me up.” “Alright! Get on!” In that way, the time moved. Then she saw a private jet. C’mon, Niyara! It’s your big brother’s private jet. She was so curious to meet her brother. The sky started fading and dark spread across. Finally, at night she reached the place. Her eyes were searching for her brother. He was standing, smiling at her. Soon after noticing him, she stood motionless for a while, her eyes teared up. She hugged him “I’ve missed you so much, brother!” “Yeah, me too! Sorry I couldn’t come to pick you. Alright! Let’s go home.” She was totally surprised…”It’s so huge. Do you really live by yourself here.” “Yeah! But most of the times, I end up staying at the headquarter office.”

Then suddenly, all the light were out. Everything was dark. “Brother! what’s going on? Brother…answer something!” There’s no sign of her brother. she turned the flash on her mobile and checked around. Her eyes widened. Her brother, she noticed him holding a knife and smiling strangely at her. She made a call to her brother. The phone with the person in front of her, wasn’t ringing. “Now, I get it. You are not my brother.” He smiled removing the mask and started attacking. “What do you think about me, a weakling?” she started defending him. “Damn, where’s Hakuro. I need to find a way to escape from this place. I can’t keep up fighting this guy, not until he has that knife.” Then his moments became un predictable and kicked her down.

He was about to kick her again, she couldn’t stand. Then someone came and dodged his kick. Her brother, Hakuro showed up too. Niyara! Sorry for the trouble. For the time being, go with him. Her brother went after chasing the duplicate one. She didn’t knew what was going on. “Niyara! Follow me.” The guy said. It’s the one, who was running in the street at night. He has a mask. She stood there hopeless, not knowing whom to trust. “I get it. But you see! I’m a junior, working under your brother. you can trust me. I’m not here to attack you. Come with me.”
