It was almost the evening when everyone gathered around on the baranda
Nischayam (A wedding ceremony performed in the Southern India) was just about to begin as both the bride and groom stood side by side
It is a pre-wedding ceremony of "Promising" and "Commitment" that symbolises the couple's vow to marry eachother
Geethika stood at a distance looking at the newly becoming couple taking blessings from the elders
Just as she was about to turn around, her head hit a hard suface
She whimpered in pain and looked up while rubbing her forehead

She said looking up at the large figure that overshadowed her 5'5 feet height

Divya called her again while Geethika shot him a death glare before walking away
The 5'10 feet man stood there chuckling, looking at her disappearing figure..
He was another stranger? No.
It was her best friend, from childhood, a 17 years of friendship that has been pulled up till now but yet they behave just like this, always bickering or pulling up eachother's leg but deep down they know how much they care about the one another..
