At Cafeteria

Dominic leans back in his chair, grinning as he watches the students chat excitedly about his upcoming birthday party.

Student

*excitedly* Your birthday party is gonna be awesome, Dom!

Student

Everyone's talking about it!

Dominic Paris (Kid)

*smirk* well, of course! it's gonna be the best party ever!

Lawrence, sitting quietly beside Dominic, shifts in his seat. Unlike the others, he hasn’t said anything about the party yet.

"It's Dominic birthday? what should I gift?.. "

Dominic noticed Lawrence, he nudges him playfully

Dominic Paris (Kid)

*smile* you're coming too, right?

Lawrence hesitates, looking down at his lunch tray.

"what should I say?"

Lawrence (Kid)

uhm...

Lawrence (Kid)

*awkwardly* I… I don’t really have anything nice to wear.

Some of the nearby classmates glance at him, but Dominic doesn’t care. He rolls his eyes and waves a dismissive hand.

Dominic Paris (Kid)

*casually* who cares what you wears? it's my party, you can dress anything you could find at your closet.

Lawrence still looks uncertain. He’s never been to a party like this before, especially one for someone as popular as Dominic.

Lawrence (Kid)

*softly* are you sure..? I don't want you to be embarrassed.

Dominic frowns, looking almost offended.

Dominic Paris (Kid)

*serious* Lawrence, you are the important at my party, if you weren't there.

Dominic Paris (Kid)

I'll be sad...

Lawrence blinks, surprised but then, slowly, a small smile forms on his lips.

Lawrence (Kid)

*nod* okay.. I'll come

Dominic slowly smile and slings an arm around Lawrence shoulder.

Dominic Paris (Kid)

*teasing* Good. If you didn’t, I’d have to drag you there myself.

Lawrence laughs quietly, feeling a little more at ease.

"Maybe this party won’t be so bad after all."
