You had a good life with a happy family and friends who love you.
You had fun at school with your best friend Ichiko and your childhood friend Aki. When you were in your second year of school you started to realize that you liked Aki.
You spent whole weekend thinking about how to open up to him. You finally decided to write a letter even though it was a bit cliché, that night you could barely fall asleep from excitement. Next day you arrived in class, excited at the thought of opening up to him.
The first thing you see when you enter the classroom is Aki and Ichiko laughing and talking together. You walked up them and greeted them. You had a feeling that something was different. Before you could say that you wanted to talk to Aki. Ichiko said:

I have some good news to tell you.
Ichiko
"We're going out!"
said as she took Aki's hand.
You were frozen with astonishment. Not knowing what to say you just stared at the two of them and Ichiko was telling you how they started dating.
You Forcing yourself to smile and quickly congratulated them both.

you said and left them.

As much as you felt sorry for your first love that ended before it could begin, you had no choice bout to wish them happiness together.
Over the next few days you came to terms with the situation and started to get over your first love. After all, you still had good friends.
It had been about two months since Ichiko and Aki had started dating. Thinking back to the time you and Aki spent as friends, you were quite happy not to open up to him. You didn't want to lose that friendship just for love.
But there was one thing that worried you. For the last couple of days there seemed to be something going on between two.

But no matter how much you tried to ask you couldn't get an answer. You decided to go with the flow for now and observe.
The next day you were talking to Aki as usual while Ichiko walking to class thinking about the conversation she and Aki had the day before.

I want to break up. I'm sorry, but I like someone else.
Ichiko
💭 but he didn't say who he liked.
Ichiko
💭 I have to talk to him again. I don't want to end it like this.
She was thinking then she saw you and Aki talking happily in class. Suddenly a disturbing thought occurred to her.

She started moving towards you. When you looked up you saw her.

"So that's who you liked? Is that why you broke up with me?"
she asked angrily.
She had already made up her mind about what the situation was.

She was both hurt and angry, especially at the thought that her friend could have done such a thing.
Ichiko
"I thought you were my friend." she mumbled.
Aki
No, she doesn't know anything. My feelings are one-sided.
Ichiko
"Wow You're so in love! you're still trying to protect her."
She yelled.
You couldn't understand what was going on.

💭 no, now is not the time to think about that. I have to explain to Ichiko that it's nothing like she thinks.
You stand up to explain that there is nothing between you and Aki.

Ichiko this really not what you think you're my friend, I would never do that.
As soon as your words were over, you felt a sharp pain in your check.
With this slap you realized that in her eyes your friendship was already over. when you felt your eyes start to water you quickly left the classroom leaving them both behind. You heard Aki calling after you, and then they started fighting again.
This incident continued to be talked about among the students. Now everyone knew you as the girl who stole your friend's boyfriend.
After the incident you distanced yourself from Aki and started hanging out alone. You finished middle school focusing only your studies and not interacting with anyone until graduation.
