Back to present-- the nightmare returns

Selene's body jerked as the news reporter's voice pulled her back to present.

Reporter

" No fingerprints, no sign of forced entry at the grave near Blackwood Cemetery. Authorities are unsure who---if anyone---has taken the body"

Her stomach twisted violently after hearing those words.

She pressed a hand over her mouth. This isn't real. This isn't happening

While thinking all this, she run out of the office towards her house.

But one thing she didn't know was....

Someone is watching every move of her~

(The detective's shadow)

Selene wakes up to the sound of loud knocks at her door.

She opened the door only to gasp seeing..

Deactive Elias Graves stands on the threshold--tall, stern and reeking of cigarettes. Standing right in front of her…

Selene Vale

POV: why he is here, did he come to know about the missing grave of d… Damian…?!

Elias Graves

(he looks at her suspiciously) "Miss Selene, I need to ask you some questions."

He's investigating the disturbed grave. His questions seem harmless at first---until he mentions Damian's name.

Selene Vale

"No, no sir I…I didn't know about this at all" (shake head in between)

Elias Graves

(his gaze didn't move from her face) "funny thing... neighbors say that, they saw you near Blackwood Cemetery that night."

Elias Graves

"You wouldn't happen to know how that grave got empty, would you?" (he asks in suspected voice)

She didn't say anything...

Just remembered the flashback of the events...

On her way home from the grocery store, Selene meets Mrs. Holloway, the strange old woman from across the street.

Mrs. Holloway's hands shake as she grips her rosary beads.

Mrs. Holloway

"He's back, isn't he?" (She Whispers)

Mrs. Holloway

"Men like him...they don't stay buried, dear."

Selene's heart pounds, but when she asks..

Selene Vale

"What do you mean Grandma..?"

Mrs. Holloway

"Crowe always liked to watch….even when you think you're alone." (she Mutters slowly)

She couldn't forget that day when out of nowhere that old lady comes to her..

And one thing she doesn't understand how she knows about Damian?!!

[another flashback] (The strange in the coffee shop)

Selene's walks down the street. Until she finds herself drawn to the same coffee shop where Damian used to watch her.

At the corner table she sees a man named Noah Calloway---a man with dark eyes and a cigarette dangling between his fingers. He watches her for too long before finally speaking.

Noah Calloway

"You don't look like you've slept in days." (his voice is calm, almost sympathetic while observing her From top to bottom)

Selene Vale

"Excuse me?" (she asked in confusion)

Noah Calloway

(he chuckles and lean towards her whispering) "whatever you're running from... it's already found you."

She becomes terrified, how did he

Elias Graves

"Hello?" (shake hand in front of her face)

she pulls herself back to present after he shakes his hand in front of her face...

"Well I will leave you for now, but I will come to check again if you are telling the truth or not." (he said and pull out his phone walking back while typing something to someone)

She hurriedly close the door and run inside her room feeling scared about his thoughts..

That night, Selene hears whispers in her apartment again. (since she started to hallucinate)

But this time...the shadow moves.

Damian's voice fills the room, low and teasing
