However, behind that tough exterior, he is a martyr to his love for the female leader of his cult, who never loved him. He hoped that she would love him someday, even if it took forever. After his death, he became a martyr in both senses:

Martyr because he was a fool for his love for her.

Martyr because his cult considers him a martyr after he died in a fight against their ideological rival (Ethan/Super Green).

Abilities:

He is equally fast, agile, and skilled as Ethan in their normal states without any enhancement. However, his strength is overwhelming to the point that it’s too much for Super Green to handle. He could kill him in the most gruesome way possible numerous times. For example, if he struck his face, Ethan’s head would explode, or he could tear him in half like wet paper. He always has Faith and Belief Empowerment, just like the rest of his cult, but in a realistic rather than supernatural sense. However, in rare instances, Gaalshin Cult members like him can receive Faith Empowerment and Belief Empowerment as actual superpowers granted by Gaalshin (their cult's demon "god"). This gives him an edge against Super Green’s Anger Empowerment by outnumbering it with strong synergy, causing Super Green to suffer greatly. With or without superpowered Empowerment, El Kulto has a significant advantage over him in physical stats—and it’s not even close.

He is a socially disconnected introverted boy, much like Ethan. He is neither good nor evil but just someone who wants to live as long as possible. However, if provoked, he will fight aggressively like an extrovert, as he is a street kid who knows it is necessary for a simple, good life. When angry, he roars like other children who think of themselves as monsters or wild animals.

Abilities:

As a Wrakiryan, he have regeneration is almost as fast and strong as Super Green’s, and both of them have similar regenerative abilities. He can move fast, just like a normal human, regardless of his size and weight. His regeneration keeps him from tiring, as it replenishes his stamina, and his anger boosts all of his stats, including stamina and regeneration. He also has a powerful Green Laser Beam from his eyes, which is so strong that it burned Super Green’s foot until it turned to ash. His physical abilities, such as strength, durability, speed, and others, are enhanced in a similar way.

He's Absolutely Cold-Blooded, Cold-Hearted, Arrogant, Heartless Evil Man who completely disregards morality, emotions, humanization, empathy, sympathy and death, seeing them as weaknesses, filth and disease designed to soften beings and create more errors in reality based to his Worldview. He uses logic to justify his evil deeds. He is calm, cold, smart, emotionless, logical, and analytical, too hardened to be softened by most people around him. He doesn’t care about innocent lives unless necessary, and once they are no longer needed, he discards them. He will sacrifice others if it's required, and if they survive, he will kill them for not following his orders. He views himself as the most important and relevant concept in the world, which is why he fled from Mad Dog rather than facing him or underestimating him. He prioritizes intellect over emotions, bravery, and feelings. He hates anyone who disobeys his orders so much that he's willing to face anyone and anything that tries to protect you, regardless of the consequences or difficulties, just to kill you—even though the orders are unnecessary and he has little or no reason to give them.

However, despite all of this, just like many men in fiction and real life, he fell in love with a woman called "Venus", which proves that impossible doesn't mean it cannot happen. Venus is a highly seductive and sexual assassin who made him feel extreme love, lust, and a melting of his ego, allowing him to become almost completely humble—something no other being had ever achieved in his entire life. So, despite being a cold-blooded, intelligent, logical, and tyrant-minded person, Venus successfully manipulated him. However, she didn’t turn him into a good person; instead, she made him not only more skilled assassin but truly genocidal figure. Kenzo may have initially gained his title, "The Genocidal Assassin," by assassinating a high-profile jihadist, which is somewhat exaggerated (even if symbolic), because what he did was assassination that may have caused collateral damage he didn’t avoid—but it’s still far from actual genocide. However, it no longer matters, as he eventually became truly genocidal through Venus’ guidance and manipulation, making the title "The Genocidal Assassin" truly fitting especially when his genocidal nature amplified further when he become a Cult Member (Gaalshinist).

Is Cold-Blood scared of Venus? Never—neither outside nor inside. He may listen to her and do what she wants, but that is due to her psychological manipulation through seduction, necessity and his love and trust for her, rather than fears.

How genocidal is he? Genocide, just like assassination, is effortless for him— as easy as normal breathing—no matter how many times it happens or how large the scale is, as long as it doesn’t affect him or his interests, directly or indirectly. This will never change until his death.

As for the impact on Super Green’s life, it was enormous before Cold-Blood died. He was the first person to initiate a large-scale international manhunt for Super Green, leveraging his extensive and deep connections within his international dark web cult, the Gaalshin Cult. This threat intensified after Super Green killed him, as his syndicate, the Zill-Syndicatus, also hunted Super Green. Both the Gaalshin Cult and Zill-Syndicatus mobilized their connections in local and national governments, militaries, and police forces—from the Philippines to many other countries.

Unexpectedly, through propaganda and framing, civilians, other cults, militants, tribes, indigenous people, hackers, criminals, and countless others who were not supposed to hunt him joined in. Even the families of his previous human victims and owners of his previous animal targets, whom he had assassinated via the dark web, participated—and some even helped other factions in hunting him down.

This demonstrates just how cold-blooded, vengeful, and, in a strange sense, "righteous" he could be toward his religious siblings. Despite being an evil tyrant since childhood, he was always ready to avenge and deliver justice for the deaths of his religious siblings—even El Kulto—willing to risk his own life in the process. For him, this pursuit was not only necessary but deeply tied to his pride and ego.

Cold-Blood's evil is primarily covert although it has overt aspects, it's mostly covert and he may be able to do overt assassinations and genocides as easy as breathing but he's calculated, strategic, logical and smart enough to be aware in consequences and not do it frequently. Cold-Blood do genocides occasionally rather than frequently not out of moral or ethical limits but because of strategy and safety of his groups such as his syndicate (Zill-Syndicatus) and his cult (Gaalshin Cult) and most of all, his self.

Cold-Blood’s evil as an assassin is primarily covert, though it also has overt aspects. He can carry out overt assassinations and large-scale genocides as easily as breathing, but he is calculated, strategic, logical, and intelligent enough to recognize the consequences and avoid doing so frequently. Cold-Blood commits overt genocides only occasionally—especially on a large scale—not out of moral or ethical restraint, but only for religious or strategic reasons: to protect the safety of his groups, such as his syndicate (Zill Syndicatus) and his cult (Gaalshin Cult), and above all, to safeguard himself and his interests. However, for professional, strategic, and sometimes privacy or security reasons, he often commits covert genocides as part of his method in assassinations regardless of scale (All of this may be off-scene but it's inherently cannon).

He is a highly skilled combatant, known for his excellence in assassination, warfare, martial arts, brawls, and swordsmanship. He is both highly specialized and highly versatile in fighting.
