Aria's message was like a splash of bright light in Kai's otherwise monotonous day. He had always been there for her, cheering her on through every hurdle, and now that she had achieved something so monumental, a smile spread across his face despite the thousand thoughts rushing in his mind. Kai couldn't help but notice how familiar Aria's nervousness sounded. She had always been a perfectionist, anxious about the tiniest details.
