chapter 3
A smallboy sat in the small garden of the campus, impatiently checking the time.
Alfie windsor
"Why is he late today? Stupid…" (says the one who arrived 15 minutes early).
He tapped his foot, pouting slightly as he glanced toward the entrance.
Alfie windsor
"He should’ve come early for once… so I could see him for a little longer."
And there he was—the sugar boy of the campus, effortlessly stealing the spotlight.
Heads turned as he walked, students whispering, hoping for just one glance.
Alfie windsor
"Oh God, please save me!" he mumbled, gripping his hoodie strings.
Alfie windsor
"How is he so handsome?! I see him every day, yet he still leaves me breathless!"
Suddenly, a melodious voice startles him, followed by a soft giggle.
And then came his best friends, the ones who had been by his side since childhood.
Asher withmore
"Stop drooling, Alfie! You're gonna spoil your favorite hoodie!" laughs*
Alfie windsor
"Shut up! I’m just looking! Just because you bought it won't become my favorite!" huffs*
Trichy Mountwood
"He should drool more if he wants to get noticed among these goats." smirks
Alfie windsor
"Trii…You're teasing me too? *Hmph! I won’t talk to you guys anymore! Go away!" (pouts)
Trichy Mountwood
"Okay Ok alfiee, sorry let's go to class now haa?"
Alfie windsor
"Okay let's goo"
Trevor Mountwood
"Yo bro, getting all the limelight already?"
Everett Darcy
"I can’t help it, man. Don’t be jealous." smirks
Riley harlow
"Yes, Trev, you’re just not that hot to steal the spotlight." grins
Trevor Mountwood
"Oh, cutie, you must be colorblind." winks
Everett Darcy
"okay! Guys stop it let's go to class now "
Alfie is an freshman in arts while Everett is a 3rd year med student
With their schedules worlds apart, these stolen moments were all he could cling to.
So every morning, he came early, waiting patiently, just to catch a fleeting glimpse of his prince charming.
They both went on with their classes, hours passing in their separate worlds.
But now—it was lunchtime, the only time they shared the same space, breathing the same air.
For just 30 minutes, Alfie could exist in the same room as him, and that was enough.
His heart raced with excitement, a dreamy smile on his face—because for him, this was the best part of the day.
Alfie windsor
"Ugh!" frustrated "Why is this old man not leaving?!" stomps feet hurriedly
Asher withmore
"Bro, it’s only been one minute. Be patient."
Alfie windsor
You don’t know the value of time! Just shut up, stupid!" huffs
The teacher :" okay !class it is it for today"
Alfie windsor
*Springs out of his seat and runs to the cafeteria*
Asher withmore
"Alfieee! Waitt.." gone he is gone
Trichy Mountwood
"Haha..! You know him let's goo I am starving "
