"LOVE Rekindled,HEARTS Untied"
Echoes of Goodbye
Rudra and Arish reached the bottom of the stairs, where Prakash and Asha were waiting at the breakfast table. Arish’s eyes brightened as he spotted them.
RUDRA RATHORE (ML)
(cold 🥶):
“Good morning, Mom, Dad.”
PRAKASH RATHORE (ML FATHER)
(smiling):
“Good morning, son. And look at you, Arish, all ready to start the day!”
ASHA RATHORE (ML MOTHER)
(laughing softly):
“Good morning, little one. You’re growing up too fast.”
Arish giggled and waved his little hands, clearly enjoying the attention. The warmth of family filled the room as they gathered around for breakfast.
As Rudra settled down with Arish, the sound of footsteps echoed from the stairs. Parth and Esha, his younger brother and sister, entered the kitchen with wide smiles, ready to join the family.
ESHA RATHORE(ML YOUNGER SISTER)
“Hope there’s extra pancake for me!”
PARTH RATHORE (ML YOUNGER BROTHER)
(grinning):
“Morning, everyone! What’s for breakfast today?”
The family gathered around the table, laughter and chatter filling the air as they enjoyed breakfast together. Arish, still in his high chair, giggled at the playful banter, his little hands reaching for a pancake. The room felt alive with warmth and love.
Rudra finished his breakfast, excusing himself from the table. He walked toward his study room, where a framed picture of his late wife sat on the desk. He paused for a moment, his eyes lingering on her smiling face.
RUDRA RATHORE (ML)
(softly, to himself):
“Wish you were here... to see him grow.”
He took a deep breath, the weight of the day ahead settling in. As he sat down at his desk, the familiar routine began, but a quiet ache remained in his heart, always there, always with him.
Rudra stood up from his desk, the quiet weight of his thoughts lingering. He walked back to the living room where Arish was playing on the floor, giggling as he stacked blocks.
RUDRA RATHORE (ML)
(smiling softly):
"Alright, little one, Daddy’s got to go."
RUDRA RATHORE (ML)
(smiling slightly)
"Goodbye, my champ. See you in the evening."
With a final glance, Rudra stepped out the door, closing it softly behind him. Arish watched him go, the quiet after lingering in the space he left behind
