Omega is a second gender in a way. Same with Alpha. You are an omega, which means you can get pregnant. You are the one who’s naturally dominated by an alpha. You will get regular heats, where your body will get all hot and you will be desperate to have an alpha with you

You also have pheromones, which is the scent you give off when you feel specific emotions. They can turn alphas on. This is why it’s necessary to have medication to control them until you are marked by an alpha which will suppress them
