Alex Frazier

*it's my first day, what's the worst that can happen *

Alex shyly knocked on the bosses door but there was no response. He knocked again.

One of the bosses

(in a loud voice almost a growl) come in

Alex Frazier

(startled, he slowly opened the door)

There were two men sitting at each end of the room. Alex found himself in the middle.

Alex Frazier

Good morning. I am Alex Frazier, the new secretary.

The two seemed busy engrossed with their work to look up.

Elias Jones

Get me a cup of tea

Evan Jones

Warm tea

Alex Frazier

Yes

Alex Frazier

(he quickly left)

A while later he came back and placed the cups on the tables

Is there anything else?

The two looked up and stared at Alex, an awkward air filled the room.

Evan Jones

What was your name again?

Alex Frazier

Alex Frazier, sir

Evan Jones

You may leave.

Alex Frazier

Yes sir

He left,the day went on smoothly but the other colleagues were eyeing him strangely with question marks in their faces.

Alex met with Erich on his way to the elevator.

Erich

You're still here?

Alex Frazier

Yes sir

Erich

That means your day went well.

Alex Frazier

Yes sir.

Erich

Alex Frazier

Yes sir

Erich was the supervisor of department A hence earning his respect in the company.

Alex headed home
