*In a universe\, vast and wide\, a secret universe exists and remains unknown to humans. Even though life is in that realm\, nobody has ever found the gate. Only the supernatural can escape and enter\, nobody else. Little does a High Schooler named Kael know the upcoming event of his reawakening*

Mr Huston: It is with great honor that I pronounce my son, Kael Huston reborn!

*Kael realizes it’s all fake and he wakes up from his seat in school*

Kael: Dammit I’ll be late!

*Kael rushes through the hallways\, slightly faster than usual. He keeps his pace up to not miss class\, but something feels different to him*

Mrs Kazushi: Kael! Can you come back to my classroom after school? I just noticed something that’s quite… ironic to say the least.

*Kael stands still in fear with the feeling he was caught*

Kael: No problem! I’ll come back after school!

Mrs Kazushi: Great! See you then!

*Kael’s mind races with possibilities. A ton of people feared him because he looked menacing and at times he was in his little New England town of Essex\, Connecticut. But was there really something deeper than the slight bullying for what was right?*

Chloe: Hello, Kael! How’s it going! One more class until we’re done for today!

Kael: Hanging in there barely.

*Chloe feels stumped at Kael’s unusually sad remark*

Chloe: Well, another day, another day to kick some bullies butt! I’m looking at Jake, Barry and Justin for a reason now.

*Kael laughs\, the sound like music to Chloe’s ears. It’s a laugh that could make anyone smile*

Kael: Well, maybe not that far yet, but we’ll see. And sorry, but I won’t be able to go to the Black Seal for dinner. I mean, I love their 6.95$ Rhode Island Clam Chowder, but I don’t got time.

*Chloe frowns slightly\, but her cheery demeanor kicks back in rapidly*

Chloe: Maybe another day this week. Besides, the employees always slack off on Monday’s.

Kael: Thanks for understanding. Anyways Chloe, hope you have a good day!

*The school day ends and Kael goes back to his locker. He puts his stuff away ad enters Mrs Kazushi’s room*

Mrs Kazushi: How are you doing, Kael? After all, you were my favorite student.

*Kael blushes slightly*

Kael: Good, how about you?

*Mrs Kazushi fakes a gasp*

Mrs Kazushi: How sweet of you to ask. I’m just fine. Now it's time to get down to business. After all, I got a life. So, have you ever heard of the supernatural?

*Kael looks confused*

Kael: Well, the word yes, but are you some lunatic who says it’s real? If so, I’m out, chill on your own geeky adventures.

*Mrs Kazushi smirks smugly\, almost in a menacing way*

Mrs Kazushi: Yes it is real. In fact, I may be related in some way.

Kael: So what does this have to do with me?

*Mrs Kazushi gives a moment of silence for Kael to process what is happening*

Mrs Kazushi: Well, you just happen to have these weird thoughts in your head that are kinda like another world, right?

*Kael thinks for a minute if he should reveal the truth\, but gives in*

Kael: I do… they’re weird dreams though. Kinda like I’m part of a monarchy with a man named Mr Hudson.

*Mrs Kazushi looks shocked*

Mrs Kazushi: You’re related to him?! That’s a major shock! He’s royalty up there in hell. He’s the demon king for the Huston district which is the capital of hell!

*Kael looks horrified. His face is a ghost with no more shadows passing through. Kael knew he was different\, but he didn’t think he had a place in hell. Kael knew he was kind of a bad person\, but he did it with the best intentions. Was he really this man's son?*

Kael: I don’t think so. After all, the truth is, I’m a broke coward who is struggling with his parents. There was never anything about adoption brought up.

Mrs Kazushi: Go check with your parents. It’ll be useful intel.
