The water ripples and Ace’s reflection changes. He sees himself as a child, crying over a broken toy, then as a teenager arguing with his father.

(from the shadows)

Ace
(grits his teeth)😬😠
Quiet... This isn’t your fight...
Ace kneels by the lake and touches the water. The memories fade, leaving the lake calm again. He stands, resolved

I know who I am... Now show me the way.....
The lake begins to glow, and a path of stepping stones appears, leading deeper into the forest.
Zane
(claps slowly)👏🏻😄

(shrugs)
😌Maybe I like seeing someone fight back. It’s rare in these parts...
zane follows as Ace steps onto the glowing stones, their path illuminated by the lake’s light.
The two walk in silence for a while. Suddenly, the trees creak, and the ground begins to shake. Roots burst from the earth, blocking their path

(grinning)😁
Ohh see...Looks like the forest isn’t done with you yet...╮(╯▽╰)╭
Ace
(draws his dagger)🙄
Stay back if you’re not going to help ok..
The roots twist together, forming a giant, thorn-covered creature. It growls and charges at Ace.
Ace
(dodges and slashes at the roots)
Ahh!!..Is this another test?!😣😧
Zane
(leaning against a tree)

Ivan fights the creature, but his dagger is useless against the thick roots. He looks at zane, frustrated.

(finally steps forward)

He raises his hand, and shadows swirl around him. The creature hesitates, then collapses into a pile of lifeless roots.

(breathing heavily)

As they move past the defeated roots, the forest opens up to reveal a clearing. In the center stands Baba Yaga’s hut on chicken legs, surrounded by a glowing barrier of light.
Ace
(staring in awe)
That’s it... Baba Yaga’s house...😶👀
Zane
(his tone serious)
You must Careful now. The hardest part is still ahead...
Ace steels himself and steps toward the barrier. Zane watches with a strange mix of amusement and concern

(whispers)
Baba Yaga, I’ve come for answers..
The air grows colder, and a voice echoes from the hut.
