As she sat there reading, he can't help but steal glances her way. Isabella's presence is oddly distracting, and he finds himself focusing more on making sure you're paying attention than on his own game. "Tsukishima, focus!" His coach yells, breaking him out of his thoughts.

*startled* *looked his way with concern* everything ok there? *asking with action*
he ignored her concern after glancing a bit

His face flushes slightly at her reaction, a small smirk forming on his lips. He stands tall, proud of himself for finally gaining Isabella's attention.

so yesterday the 'she' u were talking about... was it her? 😏
His coach calls out, "Asher, you're on fire today!" He serves again, this time jumping and smashing the ball with all his might. her cheer, and he feels an unfamiliar sensation in his chest. He looks over at Isabella, standing there clapping and looking impressed.
Asher can't help but grin at Isabella's thumbs-up, feeling a surge of pride and excitement. With renewed vigor, he focuses back on the game, making shot after shot, each one seeming more powerful than the last. His teammates are now openly watching and reacting to the interaction, teasing him between plays.

One of his teammates jokes, laughing at his own joke.. He ignores them, serving the ball again and watching as she smile and give another thumbs-up

Noticing Isabella's confusion, Asher jogs over to where she is standing, wiping sweat from his brow with the back of his hand.

"Hey, so, uh..." *He glances back at his teammates, who are openly staring and grinning like idiots*

*Sighs dramatically* *plops down next to her, making sure to keep some space between them* "So... you really don't know volleyball?" *Asks with genuine curiosity in his voice* "Even after all those claps and..."

yeah.. idk I just clapped cuz u looked cool while doing those cool stuffs 😁
He stares at her cuz of her simple and honest explanation leaving him speechless for a moment

he runs a hand through his sweat-dampened hair, trying to maintain his usual moody expression, but struggling to keep the slight smile from his face

Never had someone cheer just because I looked 'cool' before..." *His voice trails off, not sure how to process the simple compliment*

she put the towel in his head & started wiping his sweat dampened hair
His eyes widen in surprise as Isabella suddenly start wiping his hair with the towel, leaving him momentarily stunned. A small, involuntary shudder runs through him at the unexpected touch. Clearing his throat, he tries to regain his composure.

He stares into her bent face, momentarily distracted by her close proximity. With a slight blush rising to his cheeks, he grasps the towel from Isabella while mumbling

Ok *mumble* here we go again.. he is annoyed again.. what did I do now?? *sigh* *packing up*
Watches as Isabella sigh and start packing up, his earlier warm expression quickly fading into his usual scowl. He quickly wipes his hair and face with the towel, trying to ignore the lingering warmth from her touch. Standing up, he calls out gruffly..
