As the days went by, Max and I grew closer and closer. We spent every spare moment together, exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and just enjoying each other's company.

One Thursday evening, as we were walking through Central Park, Max turned to me with a mischievous grin. "Hey, want to get out of the city for the weekend?" he asked.

I raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Where did you have in mind?" I asked.

Max pulled out his phone and showed me a picture of a beautiful beach house in the Hamptons. "I have a friend who owns this place," he said. "We can stay there for the weekend, just the two of us."

I couldn't resist the offer. "That sounds amazing," I said.

Max smiled and took my hand. "I'll pick you up at 7am on Saturday," he said.

The rest of the week flew by in a blur. I couldn't wait to get out of the city and spend some quality time with Max.

As Saturday morning arrived, I packed my bag and waited anxiously for Max to arrive. When he pulled up in his car, I couldn't help but feel a thrill of excitement.

We set off on our adventure, ready to take on the weekend and see where our relationship would go.

Little did I know, our weekend getaway would be the start of a journey that would change my life forever.

As we drove out to the Hamptons, the scenery changed from towering skyscrapers to rolling hills and beautiful beaches. Max and I chatted and laughed, enjoying each other's company.

After a few hours, we arrived at the beach house, and I was blown away by its beauty. The house was modern and sleek, with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlooked the ocean.

Max gave me a tour of the house, showing me the luxurious bedrooms, the state-of-the-art kitchen, and the stunning outdoor deck.

As we walked out onto the deck, I felt the warm sun on my skin and the cool ocean breeze in my hair. It was paradise.

Max put his arm around me, pulling me close. "I'm so glad you could come out here with me," he said.

I smiled, feeling happy and content. "Me too," I replied.

As we stood there, taking in the breathtaking view, I felt a sense of peace wash over me. I knew that this was where I was meant to be – with Max, in this beautiful beach house, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the Hamptons.

But as the weekend wore on, I began to realize that our getaway wasn't just about relaxation and fun. Max had an ulterior motive for bringing me out here.

And it would change everything.
