(From what I see this is the middle point of the story, the part where the Male lead will propose to Senara and they'll get married, where the villain or someone attacked them, and the 2nd ML got into coma while saving both the ML & FL. Like man! He didn't give up on his friendship even after his love of life chose his closest friend)
