Error. Human is dead. Mismatch

She looks out the window, stretching her arms. The city lights pierced her window making her breath skip. She then turned her gaze at the sky hoping to find some stars but she could find none. All an honorable thanks to the light and air pollution and the ads that are shown across the sky. It was nothing unusual despite that she wished for a world where she could see the stars like the olden times.

Placing her left hand on the window, looking out quietly wondering "Was the world of the older people better than this one? I would love to see that."

Leaving all this aside she started to study for her tests for a better future.

(after a few hours)

"Finally the study for tomorrow's exam is done....." She said, not quite happily but relieved instead.

glanced at her digital wrist watch sitting on her table, it showed 00:14 she sighed as she threw herself on her bed beside the table.

She soon drifted to sleep closing her tired eyes as the exhaustion takes over her.

Her dream.....

"Dizzy.....blurry......someone.....someone is smiling at me? Who are you? Who are you??"

She wakes up with a jerk!! Her roommate waking her up....."Fora, get up! We have a test, you stayed up late didn't you?"

Fora pants as she tries to process reality...

"Uh...yeah Stella I'll get ready in a minute" she replies with a disassociated expression showing on her face....

Stella yells, annoyed "We talked about this didn't we? If you stay up at night for an exam it is gonna make you feel worse! Look at yourself! You look like you don't even know your own name!" Stella kept explaining her usual lecture on important of sleep and brain chemicals.

Fora stays quiet the entire time, her brain fogged, yet she does her usual routine giving her a bit of a peace of mind.

As the exam ends, students crowd outside halls, some being happy, some sad, some discussing

Fora just stands at the center of this chaos..... "why everything feels so different? What happened?" She questioned herself. She feels something... something she couldn't put her finger on.

A hand touched her shoulder, a tall figure was behind her....she turned around.....

As she tries to take a look...the face of the figure glitches...

"The....same person? Who are you?" She thinks herself unable to talk

The figure smiles at her and speaks up- Fora can't hear the figure... she is simply shocked, can't move, can't utter a thing......

In a spilt of a second and everything around her glitches. The people around her are reduced to mere shadows wandering around....she feels as if the world is spinning, getting upside down.

Fora is dropped back on her bed, she looks at the ceiling confused and shocked, sweat dripping from her forehead. She gets up in a hurry and her gaze falls on the digital wrist watch on her table

the time- 00:14.
