Chapter 3: The transferee life
September 30th
As early as 4am, Jikan forced herself to wake up.
"Jikan? It's 4 in the morning, go back to sleep you'll be having your first day at school later" she bumped to her mom at the kitchen.
"No, I wake up early on purpose" she responded.
"Is that so? Excited for your new school? Aight, I'll cook you breakfast." Her mother put on her slip ons and cook her her favorite chickenkatsu.
They had a nice talk and catching up while Jikan prepares herself for school.
"Yup, I enrolled at Karasuno. Dad said they specialize at Mathematical studies and ofcourse I want dad to save up for his and Elizabeth's wedding while Hajime and Tooru enrolled at Seijoh." Says Jikan.
"Aren't you a lovey dovey with Iwaizumi-kun? I'm really sorry if you got forced to move out. I didn—" Jikan choked to her food.
"Mom, please. We're just friends. And so you know, I already like someone from one of my senpai in Karasuno. Actually I'm planning to join the volleyball team just to see him everyday but— never mind" She sighed.
"Honey, I'm sorry if you and your brothers got meddled up in mine and your dad's business" her mother held her hand and smiled.
"It's ok mom. It already happened, there's no point bringing that up again" Jikan grabbed her make up bag and starts to paint her face.
"I didn't know you like make ups" her mom giggled.
"Nah, just for now. My former classmates teach me about this things. Just putting this up to cover up my acne, you know... Lue ni-san and Kaya ni-san put up a whole lot of reputation at Fukurodani, I don't want to be looked down."
Although 7years lasted without personal communication, the connection between Kitsuke family never lost.
