Chapter 1

Dr. Maya is the senior doctor of the city hospital is a hardworking and one of the best doctor in the city.

She was raised by her single mother Subhadra after the death of her father when she was in her mother's womb. Her father was an army officer and died in the line of duty. Due to her hardworking nature Dr. Maya is soon going to get promoted in the administration of the hospital.

With a dusky color and hazel eye arched brow and wavy hair till her shoulder and perfect bow shaped pink lips she was sight for eyes.

One day there was a fatal road accident in which the most famous industrialist of the country Mr. Jayesh Rathod got seriously injured and got admitted in her hospital. As it was a high profile case the management had decided Dr. Maya to be the incharge for Mr. rathod's case. The accident was very fatal and needed many complicated operations to handle.

It took Mr. rathod two weeks to become conscious and three week to start walking. considering his age of 59 the recovery was rather fast. Dr. Maya use to visit him everyday for his routine checkup.

Mr. Rathod was most famous and richest industrialist of the country. He never got married reason unknown to everyone. The was very active in his philanthropic works. He was one of the eligible bachelor of his time and dated many famous personalities in his prime but never got married. His brother Rajesh and his two sons Vyom and Niket were sole heir of his business which he built sacrificing his love and life.

Rajesh Rathod has no business acumen but was good in finance, so he used to handle all financial department. He had come to visit Mr Jayesh Rathod everyday in the hospital and had friendly relation with all staff in the hospital. Vyom Rathod has no interest in business and had a successful modeling career had come to visit the hospital thrice in the duration of Jayesh hospitalization. However, the younger son Niket Rathod was seems detached with his uncle as he visited the hospital just once with his father.

Niket Rathod and his mother Sandhya Rathod was least interested in well-being of Jayesh and never feel needed to hide their disinterest.

One day when Dr. Maya came for her regular visit Rajesh was also there.

Rajesh - Good morning doctor

Maya - Good morning Mr Rajesh. Good morning Mr. Rathod. I hope there is no complaint like pain or discomfort anywhere.

Jayesh sigh and said - I am fine doctor, when can I get discharge. I feel suffocated here.

Maya smiled and was about to reply when Rajesh interupt them.
