A palace which was created by the Kim family's ancestors, still looked regal and well maintained
it's been a week since he came here as a new family member
He would not say that he considered himself as one of them, hell he was still trying to blend in this environment he suddenly got himself in
Well it was the day when he saved the king from an assassin who was there to kill the king

The queen of Einar called excitedly as she waved her hands at kook signalling him to come close to her

She said as she showed him the clothes which were definitely more than the word 'some'
Kook looked at the clothes, they were definitely expensive and branded his heartbeat started to race

"I can't take them queen, I already have enough clothes-"

" you don't like them?"
Jungkook ( past)
"No, no I mean they are beautiful, but it's just" he bit his lips, at loss of words as he ducked his head down
The queen, and king looked at each other and they knew what he was thinking
queen came toward kook as she held his face in her hands making him look towards her

"Kook" she said softly

"You are a part of the family now, just like my son's Hyu did not bring you here just because you saved his life, he brought you here because he really adores you"

"we are not forcing you to accept this new life soon, but at least let us take care of you "
Kook was overwhelmed now, after his mother's death he always thought that he would always be lonely
he hugged Eumin as some tear drops left his eyes Eumin smiled as she hugged him back

"Now will you try these clothes "
JK nodded as he smiled at the queen

"They will come back tomorrow, min"

"finally! I miss them so much"

"Who is coming back?" he tilted his head as he blinked his eyes and asked
Mr and Mrs Kim smiled at his cute expression

"My kids are coming back, they have gone to their grandma's house for two weeks"
He suddenly felt nervous, what if they don't like him, what if they think he was not good, what if-

"Stop with whatever you are thinking kook they will love you, and no they will never mistreat you"

"Yes or else they will get punished" he said with a wink towards jk
Jk hid his face with his hands as he felt embarrassed

"Because she knows everything kook" hobi said with a shrug

Everyone chuckled at his shy behavior
His expressions were just too easy to read

"Now kids its late, so go back to your rooms and sleep now "
jk and hobi nodded as they headed towards their room

"yes, he is fine "

"No nothing about him will be out, rest assured you know I always keep my promise"
Just then he heard a click, Eumin came inside and looked around just to find her husband in the balcony
She smiled as she made her way towards him and hugged him from behind

"you know I was thinking"
hyubin smiled as he brought her in front of him hugging her

"Kook reminds me of her" she mumbled
Hyubin stilled for a second, but quickly composed himself patting her head

"No wonder you became so fond of him" he said chuckling

"Well yes, and no I genuinely adore him he is just too cute "

"Not like those brats who always know how to give me heart attacks "

"Well get ready then they will be here soon "

"Hmm" she hummed as she was on the verge of sleep
Hyubin looked at her and smiled he picked her up taking her to their bed as he laid her down then turned to sleep next to her too

"Good night my king"

"Good night my queen"
