But then I realized it's time I own up and stop making things awkward

Noah had made two bowls of popcorn so he handed us ours to share

there's this new horror movie we should watch it
They know I hate horror I movies

The movie starts and none of us talks we have our eyes glued on the screen

He says and I swear if my eyes didn't decive me he winked at me
I say on the verge of a whisper
Suddenly a scary looking figure pops out on the screen and I nearly pass out
I was so scared that I didn't even realize I had stuck my nails into Asher's arm so hard that I was sure it would leave a mark

Sorry,, I say loosening my grip
He just looks at me and nods his head
I look away and turn my gaze back to the tv
I got scared again and this time I hid my face in Asher's chest
I waited for you him to push me away but instead he lowered his head to my level ,,where now his lips slightly brushed against my earlobe and I had to cross my legs together to stop the wierd tingling sensation that I got down there ,,, as if he noticed he chuckled and whispered

I looked up and met his eyes oddly I couldn't look away it was as if he had me in a trance,, and for a solid second I saw his eyes travel down to my lips ,, and I saw his mouth form into a smirk ,,
He then looked back at my eyes before breaking the eye contact then looking back at the tv ,,
I guess I got my senses back ,, and remember Chloe and Noah were still there,, I quickly looked at them hopping that they hadn't seen that and to my luck they both had their gazes fixed on the tv
Suddenly I heard the theme song coming from the tv and realized the movie was done,,
Chloe was wiping tears from her eyes and arguing with Noah about something
Asher and I on the other hand were silent
noah says as he looks at Asher
Luckily my hoodie was big enough so Noah couldn't see our intertwined hands

I know right,,, totally worth it
But I knew he was lying he had barely seen the movie because he I had been hurting his arm or pressing my self against him the entire time leaving him no room to concentrate on the movie,,
Remembering our hands I quickly tore away

at that comment I don't know where this new surge of confidence came from but I found myself walking closer to him then standing on my tiptoes to make my 5'3self a bit taller to reach his 6'4 self
and when we were centimeters apart I smirked,gave him innocent puppy dog eyes and asked him playfully

I trailed my fingers all the way from his neck down his shoulder and as I was about to get his elbow,,,,
and without any warning at all he grabbed both my hands and held them above my head on the wall,,
And only then did I realize how big he was ,, like I was so small compared to him
And with his free hand he tucked in a loose hair on my face behind my ear then trailed his fingers down my jawline then he lifted my chin with his fingers and held it there forcing me to look straight into his eyes
His eyes roamed my face and when he got to my lips I saw the Corner of his mouth twitch ,,
We heard a car pull into the drive way and I knew Noah was home ,,,
Asher looked up at my eyes then said

don't provoke a scorpion if you ain't ready for the sting dots
He looked at my lips one more time and let me go just as Noah walked in
He looked as if nothing had happened

Ooooh you guys are still up ,,, Asher you have work tomorrow right

Well Anna has class tomorrow and I'll be leaving really early so I can't drive her to school could you do it because you will leave at almost the same time

I rush to my bedroom without sparing them a second glance and shut my door
I don't know why but my cheeks are so flushed
I get changed and jump into bed but I hardly get any sleep because flashbacks of Noah keep replaying in my mind
