I was seating on the living room and enjoying the pie . Suddenly the lane phone ringed and Granny picked it up .

" Hello .. Jacob " and it's dad . My whole attention went there and I listened their conversation . They had a deep talk and I heard granny to reply in 'okay ' and ' fine ' only .

Granny is always like this with dad . She always agrees to everything dad says . I was hopefully waiting if he would ask about me . But he didn't and I saw granny cut the call.

" He didn't asked about me ? "

" He was in hurry . May be forget "

" He always does that " I said with disappointment .

" You know how busy is your dad . With his business and all "

" Yeah .. yeah .. I understand . By the way what dad said ? "

" He asked you to visit there this summer "

" WHAT ! " I was so damn happy .

" Really granny he asked me to come ? " like I couldn't believe my ears . I really needed to reconfirm .

" Yes my sweetheart . You are leaving in two days . Your dad already booked the ticket " another surprise .

" Oh my God I need to pack granny . Come please help me " I drag her by her arms and went upstairs . I remember I last visited there when I was 11years . And now I'm 21. It's been 10 years .. I really love to stay with them like a family . I never knew how it is to live with family inspite of having one .

How it is to stay with your mom , dad and brothers .

Don't misunderstand me I love my granny and truely grateful for having her . She is a mother figure to me . But whenever my school mates used to share that how their parents annoyed them saying drink water in time or just wakes them up early in the morning .. I always wished if I could share this kinda things too . I want to be loved and cared by them .

I packed my bag full of clothes . I was mentally decided that I'll stay there for at least a week . I was also excited for another thing that is I can meet Ewan there . I am gonna confront him why he stopped visiting us .

Yes I'll. he have to give me answers .

No I'll not talk to him at first . Then I thought I shouldn't be this hard on him . Ok ! If he says sorry I'll forgive him . With a happy heart I went to sleep .

2 days later .

The cab came to take me to the airport . Dad said after I get off the plain he will send a car to pick me up .

" Granny I placed your medicines on the cupboard and made a list when to take them "

" Ohk Faith . "

" I'll call you and remind you about them "

" You don't have to I'm not a child baby "

" You are more childish than a child "

" I'll learn to be mature my Faith . Now go the car is waiting . "

I hugged her one last time tightly and then get in the car .

I was so excited to meet them . It took almost 1 and half our by flight and then another half our from airport . The car stopped in front the large mansion . I get off the car . Driver uncle took my luggage and went inside . I look at the mansion for a few seconds , it has changed alot .

After taking a deep breath I entered .

When I walked inside the door. The servants saw me and bow their head and I politely smiled at them . I was a little nervous , anticipating how everyone will react to see me .. will be they happy? I was busy in my thoughts when I saw Nick . He came and hugged me tightly .

" Faith... Welcome " I smiled brightly , I felt my heart a little eased . I hugged him back instantly ...

" Why you didn't came to visit us ? " I said pouting ..

"We joined business Faith , couldn't made it this time. But never mind you are here sometimes change is needed " he said ..

" You joined business ? Wow that's great news " I said .. suddenly Noah also came and call my name ..

" Faith... ! " I left Nick from hug and looked at Noah he was standing wearing a suit looking handsome ..

" Ohhoo ..you are looking handsome " i compliment him and he gave me a sweet smile . Cute boy ! ..

" Thank you ... " He said then came and hugged me .

We three then took a seat on the couch .

" Are you going anywhere ? " I asked Noah ..but Nick replied

" he got a date .. "

" Who is that lucky girl ? Uhmmm... "

" She is the daughter of dad's friend . Just a casual date nothing serious " this time Noah replied

" By the way where is dad ? And mom ? " I asked ..

" Mom may be in her room .. " Nick said " and dad is in office of course" Noah said .

We were chatting then Noah left for his date , I wished him luck .

Then mom came out of her room ..

" Faith there is mom .. " Nick said and I run to her and hugged her " mom ! How are you ?" I asked . I felt her getting stiff in my embrace and I left her then ..

" Welcome .. Faith. .." she said and I smiled . " And Faith I'm your aunt not mom so please call me aunt " she told me and I smiled at her apologitically and nod in yes....

" Hey Faith you may be tired let me show you your room .. " Nick hold my hand and drag me upstairs ..

He took me to the same room I always stayed when I came before. I saw the room was already ready for me and my luggage was also there . Nick took a seat on bed and I also jumped on it .

" Umm .. Nick do you know how is Emily ? " I asked ..

" Only Emily ?not Ewan ? Hmm " He teased me and I blushed .

" Yes only Emily , I'm not gonna talk to him .. he didn't came to see us all this years .. " I said looking away from him .

" well both of them will come tonight .. so you can ask yourself. " When he said this words I jumped with happiness .

" What ? They are gonna come ? "

" Yes , uncle Abel's family gonna come tonight for dinner "

" Wow , I missed Emily so much " and Ewan too . I can't wait see them ..... See him .
